We were very well received and our Sales Representative was very personable and informative about the houses we were interested in, and the wider site, and area. The site is well laid-out with wide roads and off-street parking. There is a mix of inter-blended property types, and the site, though close to the A14, has good access to rail services and to Stowmarket shopping facilities, and to the A14 itself.

TrustpilotBrooklands Park, in a mess
Crest has placed the street sign in our garden without our consent. We sent email to make enquiry immediately. Crest took more than 3 weeks to reply our email. We requested Crest to remove it as soon as possible. We have given some suggestions for the location of Street Sign. Eg. move it to the concrete edging of the garden or on the road; make a small one to put it in front of the streetlight column so as to cause the least disturbance; put the street name sign on the streetlight column which is far more visible than in our garden etc. Crest still insisted that street sign must stay and conveyance plan will be prepared. Crest didn't reply us for what reasons that our suggestions are not accepted. Emails have been sent back and forth. Crest completed the conveyance plan and informed us that around 1/6 area will be taken for the public. It is unacceptable.

I moved in nearly a year ago, very pleased with my flat. I have had regular contact with the service department. Sometimes it's just to see how I'm settling in, how are things, how do you feel about your new place. Genuine questions with out the nagging content. I have the customer service agents number should anything crop up, " don't hesitate to call". Always go to know rather than waiting 2-3 months befor things get moving. I have only had very minor hic-ups, Some would say nit picking, but if things can be nipped in the bud the better.

I wanted to share a brief review of the after-sales service we recently received from Paul Bryant at the Rowden Gate site in Chippenham. Paul visited to lower our cooker hood following the installation of a new splashback and also touched in the upstands. While on site, he kindly resolved several other snagging issues as well. Paul has carried out work for us before and has always been professional, friendly, helpful, and willing to offer clear advice and guidance. Nothing ever seems too much trouble for him. He is an excellent craftsman and clearly capable of turning his hand to almost anything.

We moved into our property in Ackender Hill, Alton earlier this year. We found the sales people and the after sales team to be very friendly, approachable and helpful throughout the whole process. All of the queries we have raised are being dealt with by good tradespeople. The only negative thing is that Crest seem to move their staff around to different sites and this means that you lose a contact that you have built a relationship with. Nonetheless the new staff have always been equally helpful.

We went to Curbridge meadows looking for a new home and was fortunate enough to meet with Sam in the sales office. The houses were beautiful and we found an ideal home but was unable to complete the purchase. That said Sam’s assistance and professionalism was exceptional. Having met with so many developers recently Sam’s communications and care shine out. We were very disappointed we couldn’t get buy from Sam but would recommend him and hope his senior management get to see this glowing review of him, a real asset to their business. Well I had a rather peculiar experience. I arrived a bit early. The sales centre was open but no one was there. No message left on door I went to look round the 2 bed house myself. One of the site workers helped me. I went back to the sales centre but no one was there. The sales advisor arrived back with another customer and even though it was my appointment time she asked me to wait while she showed her around yet another house. She didn’t seem to know who I was or whether I had an appointment. I had confirmed by phone call the previous day and received 3 reminders about the appointment I felt this wasn’t very helpful to me and as I’d driven all the way from Rayleigh to make sure I was on time for 11 am. I left due to another viewing appointment and to visit my granddaughter as it was her birthday. In summary it was really disappointing The site seemed ok and the house very nice but the train line was a bit close and unexpected I didn’t feel valued as a customer or respected as I’d done my best to attend the appointment promptly and made sure I was in the right place at the right time. Excellent customer service - I had some viewings at Campbell Wharf ones yesterday. Both Suzie, the sales & Alan, the builder were very caring to my elderly aunt during the visit. Alan was waiting with my aunt patiently (safety regulations in construction sites) to make sure she's alright while she's taking a breath on the G/F. Suzie & I went to the higher floor. Excellent customer service always found at this branch in each visit I had there. Found high quality flats & could see into details as well - some flats are on the finishing stage. Well done, guys!

Due to defective installation of drainage the garage at our block of flats was flooded with sewage and unfit for use for a prolonged period. Eventually cleared and three years on we await reimbursement for costs incurred. Update 23 July. Usual nonsense from Crest Nicholson who have "asked for more details" despite many many emails on the subject. So sent a screenshot to the relevant Director - maybe a long overdue payment??Update 24 July. So having sent my details Crest respond stating my review is in breach of Trustpilot guidelines as it named the relevant Director. Odd how many other reviews name individuals at Crest and they are content & have no objection!Conclusion is positive reviews of individuals are ok, but any negative comments "breach guidelines"!!A true double standard which Trustpilot enable....
