GoogleI called to book a viewing on Tuesday for Saturday. No one called me back and today I called again and they are telling me that my house has to be under offer. Totally waste of time and unprofessional.
I am sorry that you felt our service is a waste of time and unprofessional but under current circumstances, we are protecting our sellers and our staff in operating on a basis of viewings can only take place once a buyer is in a position to proceed. When we spoke on the phone I did explain this and said we would happily show you around once you received an offer on your own property. I would hope your own agent is following best practice as well during these testing times. Additionally, I am more than happy to discuss further if you would like the opportunity to do so. FacebookShame there's no zero star option. We decided not to relist our property with the Bourne after a number of mistakes (eg putting a 'For Rent' sign outside our house, instead of 'for sale') and a disappointing handling of a sale which fell through after 3 months. Rather than just accepting we have the right to go with another estate agent now (as our initial contract has expired), they are threatening legal action if we don't relist with them. As if that instills any confidence in them! Tread carefully.
