GoogleBooked a viewing for a rental property which was a 2 hour drive(there and back). Upon arrival, keys not present and forced into another property we had not asked to see, which was coincidentally more money. No apology or effort to get the keys for desired property. I am sorry to hear of your experience of viewing via us, I have spoken with my colleague and understand it was human error in bringing the wrong key along to the viewing for which we apologise. This is not the norm and the offer of viewing a slightly bigger property was not forced but more to provide you with an alternative at a slightly higher price which might have suited better. My colleague has tried to call you to discuss and rectify but I believe you have chosen to not respond at this point. FacebookI instructed Bourne Estate Agents to sell my property because they came highly recommended and when Adam visited me at my home, I knew that they were definitely on the same page as me and I felt that the house sale would be in safe and experienced hands. The only slight issue I had was that I felt that they didn’t really explain things at the early stages which would have helped me as a first time seller. However, when Rebecca came on board, I felt reassured and she was very pro active, communicative and a valuable asset on my side, someone who I would highly recommend.

Gemma Miller at Alton branch, the agent acting on the sellers behalf, helped us all the way through the process and the level of service we received made us feel like we were the client also. Gemma helped us get through many obstacles and ensured we completed in the timescale we needed. The gift received when we got the keys was also such a nice touch. Good job Bourne :)

GoogleIronic that the stuck up bint that was rude to my husband the other day who was providing a service this estate agent has been calling us up trying to get business out of us! Careful who you're rude to especially when they probably earn more money than you do!
