Daisy always answered very quickly to our emails and all our questions. We did the viewing with Miranda, She was kind and patient and knew the property very well. greedy agency not believing in someone when they tell them they have 10 years of tenancy in a house, all they want is someone to make a lawyer, doctor or someone working in the house of Parliament salary to rent a property from them, absolutely a disgrace of an estate agent company.

GoogleI had the worst conversation in my life. I called the agency to enquire about 3 bedroom flat. The lady I spoke to was rude and so aggressive on the phone. You should hired people that don't have problem to manage their emotions or at least know how to speak to people expecially to customers!! I'm shock on how the call end up.

Knowledgeable at first and we could have gone with them but frustrating when consistently giving inadequate email replies to important questions and coming across as too relaxed and then petulant when we eventually went with another agent who was more on the ball.

GoogleWinkworth have been letting our property for us for the last 10+ years. A couple of years ago we decided to go fully managed with them and although it costs us more in terms of commission we actually take home more from our property. :) This is because they manage it far more efficiently than we ever did .. Any works that have needed doing they seek relevant quotes and have on the ground knowledge that since leaving london we no longer have. They have consistently provided us with a polite professional and efficient service .... thank you and long may it continue.

She has helped me upgrade and tidy up the flat when necessary and has a reliable team of artisans to do the work. Jo takes the pressure for me, as I have a demanding job and deals with all the day to day problems of being a buy to let landlord.
