GoogleBen Goddard and Chantelle Leydon have been exceptionally helpful in respect of a change of tenancy - with only 2 days between check-out and check-in and in the turbulence of the pandemic - unearthing documents, giving advice, acting quickly when requested and just 'being available'.

1 star is too much. Plumlife are so bad, no communication,can't speak to anyone , don't get back to you. If you raise a complaint they don't respond.Staircasing shared ownership - don't be fooled by this.Truly the worst company to deal with.

Zero stars.Plumlife are not interested in customer service. Half an hour to get a call taken. No response on callback in 3 hours. Called to follow up and put through to an answer machine. Needless to say no response to the message left.Dreadful, lazy, uninterested staff.
