Hi Natasha, we are sorry that you are not happy with your experience with us. We understand that you are unhappy that you were not told that the agent you were originally working with had left the company, although we note the transition did not impact your property search. We also understand that you were informed there was the possibility of your move-in being slightly delayed by a few hours. Our manager believed this to be the case due to a miscommunication from one of our contractors, and she wanted to keep you as informed as possible. We are sorry for any stress caused by this.
