Approved a god awful landlord who is refusing to do any of his contractual obligations. Only rent a house from these people if you want to spend ages on the phone to the council trying to get the landlord to make your house liveable and not have a garden full of literally decomposing garbage. Extremely poor! They are misleading and rude, take ages to respond, are evasive when they finally do and are aggressive over emails. The issues in the house were endless. Every day a new problem. Upon leaving, they tried to keep part of our deposit and delayed it’s release with ludicrous excuses. Despicable! GALD WE MOVED!!! AVOID THEM!!
