Very impressive service!

We used Maisie and Adam at Knight Frank for our recent sale and purchase in Surrey, and they couldn’t have been better.They worked very quickly to get our house listed, with a high quality advert and sensible approach to pricing, to get us an offer and allow us to complete a chain on a purchase that was already on the market.Our past experience with estate agents is that they lose interest and disappear into the background at this point, but in this case Maisie and Adam were very responsive, and made communication up and down the chain seamless - including dealing with curveballs from various parties, chasing up solicitors, and brokering sensible arrangements for offers on furniture, changes to dates, and other things that came up as part of the process. We were very impressed throughout, and they certainly made it our least stressful house purchase yet. Thank you both!

Fast and high quality service

We have been impressed with the quality of service and responsiveness from the team at Knight Frank. Michael Fox has been instrumental from the very beginning through to our tenancy in solving issues, arranging inspections, and generally being available for help. We’ve had a few issues with the property (broken fridge, leaks from ceiling, unhinged cabinets) and Michael has always been promptly at hand to solve the problem or redirect us to the right people who could do so. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that we had more issues with the property than expected from a letting agency as reputable as Knight Frank.

A positive experience all round

A busy mum of two living far from my property, I was looking for guidance, honesty, integrity and support selling my one bedroom flat. The market was extremely unpredictable and I was uncertain whether I wanted to stick to selling or renting. Sian-Louise in sales was personable and down to earth and did an excellent job of marketing the property for sale giving me honest and genuine feedback on the process every step of the way. From the moment we contacted Knight Frank, we were certain that we were in good hands. The professionalism of our agent, Francesca-Leighton Scott, shone through on our very first meeting. Her enthusiasm for the property was evident, but it was her clarity on its selling points and her clear knowledge of the market which gave us even more confidence. Throughout the process we received five-star attention and support. Communications were proactive and clear. Hurdles were tackled with confidence and realism. Advice was readily available and sound. Unexpected issues were flagged early and handled deftly. We found the Exeter branch to be most professional and helpful throughout the whole sale process. Florence was so approachable and went above and beyond - I can’t praise her tenacity, dedication and determination enough to get us from offer to our exchange date! Everyone in the office was helpful - Leonie contacted us immediately for viewings and Rachel ensured the sale process was as smooth as possible. Really poor, Katie W just could not be bothered to help on an enquiry.eta after seeing Knight Franks reply. After telling Katie W that I was looking to buy a 7 figure property and could Knight Frank suggest just one property in the area I wanted I would have thought that a service orientated organisation should think about a better response than 'go and look for yourself'. Why have a Chat service to tell people to go away?eta 2 Following second response.There is an irony that Knight Frank provide a couldn't care less response when I ask about properties for sale and yet you now ask me to provide assistance to Knight Frank in relation to your own customer service. If you put the same amount of effort to responding to Trust Pilot as you do in providing help to customers then none of this would be necessary,The person identified as Katie W, nothing more was given.

It's NOT easy to make things happen

Year 2024 is my 3rd rental contract c/o Knight Frank in associates with the Landlord. My recent facility break down (washing machine )incident happed just 4 days before the consecutive Easter holidays. From 1st notification to KF Mr. Henry ( Facility Manager ), appointed contractor onsite carried out inspection in 2 days but confirmed beyond repair due machine aging. Immediate follow up for further replacement with Landlord was taken right away. In 2 days time, I got KF Henry reply that replacement machine in progress. On 2nd April, NEW unit installed in my place that really released /ease a lot of time for handwash clothes. Base on this incident, I'm much appreciate KF Henry efficiency /response time /actions which also truly proven /reflected KF professional facility management services . Recap two years before that I have similar in-house facilities broken down such as hot water tank boiler , freezer as well as cabinet .....KF colleagues have been well performed their best to resolve matters on behalf. All the above mentioned incidents could be able to track from my rental file.

I had a very unpleasant experience with my unpaid tenant and the damages he created in the flat when the lease ended on 29/2/2024.
