Brilliant Estate Agents: Michal and Gaia

I have dealt with many estate agents over the years, but I can honestly say, that I had the best experience working with Michal Bocian and Gaia Londai. I was continuously updated on changes, paperwork's that needed to be in place. I also felt heard and advised on things to support my best interest. I asked Michal and Gaia to put the letting price up and without them trying to negotiate or telling me I was unrealistic (like other agents did) they just went and got the job done. Absolutely amazing!! Knight Frank is very lucky to have them both working there. Thank you Michal and Gaia for all your hard work! Great experience with Lexi

Lexi was incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the process of finding a rental flat. She was very kind and I felt as though she was on my side, but balanced in also helping the owner to find the right match of tenant. I really enjoy dealing with Rosi and she responds to emails and queries much quicker than other agents I had in the past. Rosi is very sharp and seems to be someone who can work under pressure.
