We couldn't be happier with our experience of Knight Frank, Richmond in the handling of our purchase. We'd recently pulled out of a previous sale, poorly managed by Chase Buchanan, and had an unpleasant experience in the way we were treated as buyers.From the very beginning of our dealings with Zara at Knight Frank (Richmond) we felt listened to and supported. Despite her job acting in the interest of the sellers, we also felt like she was in our corner and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and easy for us as she could. Liam from the Richmond office was also super helpful while Zara was on leave.Throughout the process, which was just over 2 months from our first offer to completion, the team provided excellent communication (phone and email) as to what was happening which helped a stressful process feel more enjoyable and exciting. We had some major issues throughout September and October concerning fixtures of a flat managed by Knight Frank. The property maintenance manager, Shantel Sikanartey, promptly stepped in, took control of the correspondence, liaised with the Body Corporate, organised the extensive repairs and required purchases, correspondence with the tenants and kept us appraised of the process. We are very appreciative of Shantel's very hard work and support over an extended period of time and could not think of a better person to have managed this difficult experience for us. We are very grateful for Shantel's experience and dedicated support. Shantel was fantastic.

We had a brilliant experience with Knight Frank! Fiennes McCulloch helped us through buying our first house amazingly! What could have been a stressful experience was very smooth and felt very easy! I know Fiennes did a lot behind the scenes to keep the vendor happy when our mortgage took a while to come through, which we are so grateful for. I recently rent a house via Esher Knight Frank through a letting negotiator named Beth Tighe who has been helpful, understanding and constructive throughout the whole process. The best part is during the contract drafting, Beth managed to make the contract more flexible based on my personal situation, which I appreciate a lot.Additionally, Beth is professional and responsible before moving in. She pointed out the places in the house that have not been cleaned to the standards and suggested to the Landlord that cleaners come back to do it again.The only place that Knight Frank needs to improve is that remembering to include the holding deposit paid in the initial payments/Invoice. some customers may forget already paying the holding deposit.

Following a friend's successful house sale using Knight Frank's Hungerford office, we engaged KF Hungerford to sell my mother's house in south Oxfordshire after she moved into a care home. Rob and his team at KF Hungerford did an excellent job in putting a sale brochure together, with superb photographs, and getting a steady stream of serious viewers. The house was listed, with a thatched outbuilding, and wasn't an immediate sell, but KF found us a good buyer and supported us through the whole transaction process with patience, tact and efficiency. I recommend Knight Frank Hungerford Office, and would certainly use them again.

I bought via the selling agents Knight Frank. My own sale transaction turned into the stuff of nightmares and took 7 months to complete! Throughout this time I dealt with Michael Houlden at the Cambridge office of Knight Frank. Michael was brilliant throughout and had to do rather a lot of placating of his understandably increasingly anxious sellers. He’d check in with me from time to time and always offer sensible, but not overbearing, advice on how I might resolve the various obstacles in the way of my own sale. On top of that Michael always responded immediately to any queries I had. I’ve just woken up in my beautiful new home and I don’t think I’d have been able to say that unless I’d had the support, as I did, from Michael.

GoogleTerrible, if I could put a 0 I would. I contacted them to get a rental in Fulham. Not only did they not come up with any offers on a whole month, but I could see them posting flats on Rightmove and Zoopla without even mentioning it to me. What is the point of having a an estate agent if I will have to compete with others on free websites for their flats. Im not saying they cannot post it there but at least mention it to your customers first. When I enquired they took 4 business days to come back to me saying that, surprise, the flat is taken. What utter rubbish service. Cherry on the cake was contacting me weeks later with a flat suggestion that was outside my budget and area selected. Do yourself a favour and don’t waste your time with them.

My experience with the apartment letting agency KnightFrank has been overall positive. I have closely worked with the agent Sarah Rynne from the Aldgate KnightFrank office. She is extremely professional and a charismatic person - she helped with every issue we encountered along the way, and went above and beyond to help us out when we needed it, given we were quite stressed and inexperienced with the UK’s letting processes. It was an absolute pleasure having her help us out - and deserves a 10/10, same with the manager Andrew. At other times prior to meeting with Sarah, it felt as if we, tenants, had to ask for various information about our situation. There were times that we felt like we needed to specifically ask about certain details that are necessary to communicate coming from an agency. From our side (the tenants) we even felt like fish out of water when we had to go back to the physical agency to ask for more details, and perceived a sense of judgement from only a couple of surrounding agents that we did not directly deal with, as if “oh great, they are hear again” (mind you, we paid visit to the offices 4 times in 2 months lasting 2 minutes - asking for updates. That says everything). Now, I understand that some tenants don’t care about certain important details, but some do, since it’s not an insignificant amount of money we pay. However, these were some times that some agents could be more sympathetic about the situation, as some people feel more at ease if more important information is communicated rather than not. Overall, some parts of the process were excellent, some could use some adjustments!
