KFH North Finchley team delivered end to end service . Dillion from Rentals and Stuart/Hannah helped every step of the way with sale of our beloved house. They made themselves available whenever we need them. I am greatful for their service.

Trustpilot72 viewings shop record
72 viewings shop record. No phone call from shop manager at any point through the 12month nightmare. Continuous viewings being taken my trainee agent. 40 grand less than they told me they could sell it for. Overall absolute s**t show

TrustpilotTenancy renewal
This was a tenancy extension and it was handled efficiently though of course less work for KFH for the same fee. Might be worth considering reduced fee rate for renewals. However, we have worked with KFH for several years as landlords and have valued the professionalism and efficiency of the service we have received.

TrustpilotMy recent viewing experience with KFH
Thank you for Putney Hill Branch’s Diogo’s excellent customer service and friendliness. The viewing experience this time with him changed my impression of letting agents in general. Brilliant! Please keep up the good work!

GoogleWe didn't book through KFH this year but have in the past with Abrahim which was equally as friendly and professional. We had Sam as our agent this time and she was really personal and warm to work with. She understood what we were looking for and was keeping us updated throughout. Really positive experience with KFH and Sam even though we didn't book this year but will definitely be coming back again in the future should we need to due to the high level of service and care

TrustpilotTenants beware - very little help when things go wrong
Front office rental agents - 9/10Property management team - 1/10Renewals team - 1/10Management -1/10 Great for international landlords who want to maximise the return from tenants, but terrible for tenants who need KFH’s assistance to get anything resolved. The industry needs to be better regulated and property management teams need to understand their responsibilities and show more urgency.

TrustpilotWorld class service from Stephen
From start to finish Stephen at KFH was world class in terms of fantastic advice and striking the right balance between urgent and informative without being pushy. He has also been able to provide brilliant referrals to supporting businesses such as our solicitor which has made the whole experience much smoother. Would highly recommend. From Rory and Esther.

Trustpilot5 Stars for Acton sales team
What a great sales team at the Acton branch of KFH. I had to sell up at a tricky time - thanks for the mortgage meltdown Liz and Kwazi - and the sales guys performed with aplomb. They were upbeat, determined and full of good sense in their sales strategy. Five stars well-deserved!

The service provided by KFH is slow and there is lack of coordination between various departments. Many tasks of repair etc are expected to be organised and executed by the landlord. The tenants have also mentioned on many occasions that the KFH team responds slowly and it is difficult to contact them

TrustpilotMorgan - KFH Tooting 5/5
I have been in my new flat for a month now and could not be happier. Morgan from the Tooting branch was wonderfully helpful throughout the whole process. Very helpful and patient as we decided exactly we were looking for and picked out the perfect place after a couple of months searching.

TrustpilotGreat experience so far
Nick Reeves as our estate agent has been great, he took on board our needs/what we were looking for and found our perfectly property incredibly quickly. Lucas Matta has also been great as our Mortgage Consultant. We're first time buyers and he's been incredibly helpful and thorough, finding us the best rate available. Really good experience so far.

TrustpilotKFH Northcote Sales Team - best in area!
The entire sales team at KFH Northcote are fantastic, by far the best agents I've interacted with in the area. Listed and sold my property within a week. And super mindful of timings when bringing potential buyers around given we have a young baby. We had the pleasure of dealing with Joe and couldn't recommend him highly enough.

TrustpilotExcellent Service
As a landlord, I have used the services of Kinleigh, Folkhard & Hayward for the past eight years in the administration and financial services related to the tenancy of my property. They have always provided an excellent and accurate service which gives me a great peace of mind and I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

TrustpilotA rather fraught experience
KFH were efficent in setting up the offer for sale but after the second viewer had made an acceptable offer they appeared to be doing very little as negotiations dragged on. It is hard to say what more they could actually have done, but a general impression of more proactive support would have been welcome.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
