Avoid using KFH Kennington lettings department - they are awful and unprofessional - they have cost me alot of money due to bad communication as a landlord ( my new tenants struggles to get information also ) so all round awful - there is a lot of choice out there - don’t be duped into using these terrible people

KFH were quick to put my flat back on the rental market when the sale of my flat fell through. Within a day had successfully found a tenant and the process went through quickly and thoroughly and tenant moved in within 3 weeks. Extremely pleased with the outcome.

GoogleYou often see a persons best attributes in adversity and this was 100% the case with my experience with Damien Jeffries. Damien professionalism and experience was for sure the reason our transaction made it to an exchange of contracts. Everything that possibly could go wrong during a conveyancing process definitely did during our purchase. A lesser agent would have lost the trust / faith of all involved but Damien somehow managed to keep all the plates spinning and we got over the line. As a buying agent, I deal with many estate agents and Damien has proven to be one of the best out there. If you are looking for an exceptional sales agent in Fulham/Parsons Green, call Damien at KFH before anyone else!

The renewals team at KFH appear to get worse and worse each time we renew the tenancy. All whilst they continue to be happy to charge large amounts of money for the poor service. Understand there are better / cheaper options online now for which we will use in the future.
