We found out about KFH through my nephew, who’d had recently changed management from another company, and couldn’t recommend KFH highly enough. At the moment we are in contact with two different branches, and we can say they are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were concerned about the market and weren’t optimistic about finding tenants quickly, but they really surprised us! We are very happy to have decided to work with them.

From preparing necessary legal procedures and documents prior tenancy, to being reachable and responsive when we have queries during tenancy. If there’s a repair, we are given the quote and we are always asked if we like to proceed. Overall, we are very pleased!

She was absolutely instrumental in managing our chain all the way through to completion. No-nonsense, honest and direct feedback throughout the whole process plus she is just a delight to work with. We’ve never had this painless of a buying/selling process!

The inventory check-in costs and agreement fee are too high. The provided choice of professional cleaning is not available, especially for overseas landlords. we need the property manager who has regular communication to us.
