Difficult to review when you're the buyer - you're not really the customer and certainly not paying the bill. However, everyone else dealt with was friendly, helpful and courteous. And they definitely stayed on top of the process, ensuring everything kept ticking along and politely nudging us when we were the ones being useless!Would definitely consider them when we come to sell.

Professional service in terms of attitude, organisation and available products (mortgage advisors, life insurance etc.). They have a good range of clients and knowledgeable and approchable sales negotiators etc. Full confidence in the property I was selling and this was done within a couple of weeks or so of being on the market. The KFH office has been very helpful with the entire process of purchasing with regular updates and providing me with all the information needed. Very poor service! I've been with them for more than 4 years and can't even remind a case solved on time and at the first try... This business is out of their capacity. Constant change of managers, any of them more and more incompetent and obviously overloaded.. STAY WELL AWAY IF YOU CAN!

extremely slow and unresponsive customer service for block management. We've had a hot water issue for weeks that no one has got back to us about. The last time the same issue happened it also took weeks to resolve because they said it wasn’t their responsibility (it was)
