All and any request for repairs were completely ignored. Bureaucratic inefficiency ensured that for anyone they respond to, we had to wait for months at a time.
Yet they are always looking for ways to charge more, to add unnecessary penalties and make sure you understand it’s all about the money for them.
The worst renting agency in my opinion. Beware

I've been a landlord client with KFH since 2022, at the 1 Station Approach, Lee, London branch, originally on a lettings-only basis, and that service was fine. Earlier this year I upgraded to their fully managed service for my property at Hither Green Lane, London SE13. This has been a genuinely poor experience.
Since the upgrade I have experienced:
Late payments to me as landlord, with no explanation offered in advance.
Repeatedly unanswered emails, and promised call-backs that never happened.
Tradespeople sent to the property despite explicit instructions not to send them.
I raised this with my property manager, Elliot Swaby, who said he'd follow it up, I had to chase him two weeks later for any update. It was then escalated to Jess Hare, Client Relations Manager, who has been equally unresponsive.
My formal complaint was handled by Wanda Charuk, Senior Regional Team Manager. She did not reply within KFH's own stated complaints timeframe and only responded after I sent a reminder. When she did reply, her response did not reflect a full reading of the complaint I had submitted and has not replied to my follow up email.
As KFH has not resolved this properly or within their own stated complaints timeframe, I am now escalating the matter to The Property Ombudsman.
Would not recommend the fully managed service based on this experience. Happy to update this review if the issues are actually resolved.

The KFH Dulwich Village branch have that brilliant balance of being professional and extremely knowledgeable, while also being so warm and friendly. We felt we were in very safe hands for the sale of our flat.
Sharon moved heaven and earth and pulled off a pretty wobbly chain of six properties - superb management of us, our buyer, and very sage advice about to handle our purchase. And she’s also good fun!!
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them - we felt like someone was in our corner and had our best interests at heart while navigating a long and difficult process.

Completed on our house sale in Wimbledon today. Vinnay Patel at the Wimbledon Branch was our main contact. He was great to work with. He has a very calm manner and kept all parties fully informed throughout what turned out to be a long process. He kept our nervous first time buyers on board and answered all their questions speedily and honestly. I imagine they called him many times and he definitely took the pressure off me. I would definitely recommend Vinnay Patel and KFH. All staff I spoke to were friendly, professional and knew the market in Wimbledon very well. I had a few estate agents round to value the property and chose KFH as Linda Duffy (Manager) gave me lots of information on the recent sales in the street and how final sold price achieved which was really helpful.
