GoogleCharlie Larwood at KFH (Fulham Road) just recently helped us purchase a property in Parsons Green. We hadn't had much luck up until meeting Charlie (we had been searching from Feb 2020) and ended up even losing a property just before exchanging with another agency. Weeks after lockdown, once everyone was back to work, we went on a viewing with Charlie and it was literally the first property he showed us, we put an offer on a week later, and now here I am writing this review from the living room. Charlie is extremely hard-working, helpful and incredibly passionate about his work. His positivity is infectious and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. GoogleIn an area awash with many agents that over promise, over value and then under deliver, I was incredibly impressed with Amy at KFH. Amy's honest and pro-active approach delivered me a near asking price offer against three other agents. Amy took the time to show me various other properties and advised me well. Needless to say I successfully sold and bought through KFH in Fulham. Damien's experience running the office helped us get through some particularly odd moments, Damien was a delight to deal with and his in-depth knowledge meant we exchanged successfully on both sale and purchase. Well done KFH in Fulham, you were brilliant.

She contacted us on early on in the process as she knew what we were looking for; gave us tips and was very good at keeping us updated on the process. She was also very helpful in-between exchange and completion which really helped us organise our move. The hamper awaiting us in our new home was just a bonus! Thank you Amy and KFH

The team were also very knowledgable about the market in Wimbledon Village/ West Wimbledon. I would absolutely recommend them.

There's nothing worse than not getting the whole picture, but the sales negotiator Euan was always up front about the situation, positive or negative, which helped manage expectations and stem unnecessary worry. KFH Putney dealt with the sale of my house. They were fantastic. Sally the manager runs a great team, Hannah that dealt with my sale was amazing. The whole team saw my house, they brought people to view that were appropriate buyers, so didn’t waste anyone’s time. When an offer was made they followed through and made everything as easy as possible. I was kept informed at every step. And it all ended with a sale. I highly recommend them.

I deeply regret choosing this company as surveyors for the property I was buying, especially since they were also the ones selling it. How naive I was to trust their assurances that the departments were independent and there was no conflict of interest!Their survey report painted a rosy picture of the property, claiming everything was fine. For every potential issue, they conveniently added vague recommendations to get a 'professional check', a perfect way to avoid accountability.Now, I’m facing the harsh reality: a freezing winter in a house with broken, draughty, or condensation-filled windows. The quotes to replace them exceed £10,000. How could such significant issues have been overlooked in their report?This company’s practices are shameful. They mislead buyers into thinking they act in their best interests, but clearly, their priority lies elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone.

Totally overvalued property. £650000. We eventually sold for £535000 8 months later having dropped the price several times.Showed lots of indivuals round but never told them it needed a fair amount of work. Waste of their time and agents time.Told us we were signing a 4 month contract but then made us give them a further month.We found them to be totally unprofessional. We have sold 8 properties before this one they were by far the worse.Would definitely not recommend.

GoogleGreat experience! I worked with Charlotte to find a flat and then throughout the lease signing, etc. She answered any questions I had about the process and was great with communication. Charlotte made sure the whole process went smoothly, and I could not be happier with my experience working with her and KFH.
