As a first time buyer everything about mortgages was confusing. Sawan not only went out of his way to find me the best deal, he consistently treated me with respect and understanding as I navigated this complicated topic. He proactively looked for the best deals, and when he found one (even up to the week of exchange) he told me and we switched to the better deal. Sawan answered the phone whenever I called and never stopped being totally professional and decent. I’ve already recommended him to several friends and will continue to do so

Over several years of dealing with KFH as managing agents for Filton Court, I have experienced a shocking level of mismanagement, inefficiency, and disregard for their duties. Despite repeated complaints, KFH has failed to address critical issues, including ongoing roof leaks, misallocation of service charge funds, and persistent failures in communication and resolution.Key Issues:Ignored CAPEX RecommendationsIn 2020, a CAPEX report outlined urgent roof repairs. Instead of taking swift action, KFH delayed implementation for over four years. Their justification, arrears due to unpaid service charges, is unacceptable, as no meaningful efforts were made to recover these charges or inform leaseholders about the impact on essential worksFailure to Act on ComplaintsMultiple reports of leaks were ignored over several years. KFH consistently opted for ineffective temporary repairs, wasting funds and exacerbating the damage. Professional advice recommending a full roof refurbishment was disregardedQuestionable Financial PracticesService charge contributions for the reserve fund inexplicably fluctuated, quadrupling in one year without clear justification. GoogleKFH have provided an excellent service helping me let my flat. I was travelling at the time and I was able to do this all via email which was extremely convenient. I have found them to be co-operative, efficient and friendly and would highly recommend them without hesitation. Update: Over the last couple of years that I have been dealing with KFH I have found their attentiveness and customer relationship management impeccable. Alex is almost like my friend, consistently keeping in touch on developments.

What I asked to Sam she all the time listen, help, try to give suggest to me :) And when she listen to us she understand our requirements for house and she found the house which is %100 match with our requirements. The Fulham Branch with manager Alistair were great in every way. I was keep well informed. The sale was a difficult one- probate sale. Plus I had serious health issues along the way. They were helpful, considerate and put themselves out to help me. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this branch very highly.

We started renting with KFH last year and since then they have been nothing but unhelpful. I don’t know if it’s because we were immigrants and new to the renting industry but they forgot to mention lots of issues with the flat and that the landlord managed the property. The landlord not once helped us, the main door didn’t lock and he didn’t understand the issue, mold in the bathroom, broken domestic electrics that were never fixed etc. The fact that they accept these type of landlords tells you a lot. Furthermore, he hasn’t given us back our security deposit and the agency has done nothing to help us. When they started the flat views to rent it again they were unprofessional and impatient. I was working from home once, I had told the agent this information which she decided to ignore to then proceed to buzz again and again without an apology or thanks. Be careful with them.

Good communication and customer serviceWe recently sold our house having lived there for 27 years and so hadn't experienced the house moving process for a long time.Catherine who dealt initially with our sale before her maternity leave was excellent, keeping us informed throughout the process but without giving us unrealistic expectations. Jack then took over and also kept us regularly updated with calls and ensured a smooth end to the sale despite issues with one of the parties further down the chain.

I can’t speak more highly of the team at KFH Wimbledon, particularly our main contact there Linda and the branch Manager, Jimmy. We had a difficult sale of our flat and purchase of our first house through them (it took two attempts over the course of a year!). They were patient, helpful, professional, pretty much always responsive and Linda had a great sense of humour which helped us see the bright side of things at the low points of our moving journey. With our house search, KFH were also never too pushy and didn’t try and flog properties to us that clearly weren’t what we were looking for, unlike other agents we dealt with in Wimbledon. Overall we wouldn’t hesitate to sell and buy with KFH again. Having dealt with almost all of the other names in out area over the past year, KFH are the best :)

Arranged a flat viewing with them, and Edmund Abatan couldn’t be bothered to inform me that the property was no longer on the market until I reached out on WhatsApp 40 minutes before the viewing, while I was already on my way. As if my time isn’t as valuable as theirs.

Extremely poor agency. Throughout my two years living in their property, they never resolved any issues I reported, such as a dripping sink, broken fridge, and wall hooks falling off. They are now charging me for normal wear and tear and even attempting to charge me again for professional cleaning, which I had already paid for. Additionally, it has been two months since I moved out, and my deposit still hasn’t been returned. My property agent, Lauren Field, was unresponsive and failed to address any of my concerns. I strongly advise against working with this agency or renting their properties, especially the one near Borough station. They will try to steal your money.

They kept in regular contact with updates. We felt they were absolutely doing their best for us in what turned out to be a difficult sale. We had to manage the sale of our parents house from a distance under emotional circumstances. They were supportive and took on extra responsibilities as we live so far away and couldn't get there at times. The buyer proved difficult and the sale was protracted but they handled it professionally and we got there in the end. Highly recommend this company. Thank you

Great work Rita and team on selling our flat! We had 60 viewings within 3 days of going on the market and 11 offers of which we accepted £20k over asking. KFH just have the best database of buyer clients and the pictures were stunning. Would highly recommend for a quick and easy sale.
