We recently used the FULHAM Road lettings team of Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward (KFH) to find new tenants for our house in FULHAM. Alex Newman and his team were extremely helpful and were successful in finding us new tenants this summer without there being any void period. We have been using KFH for many years (the Effie Rd branch and the Fulham Rd branch) and have had a very positive experience with them. We would also like to mention Samantha on the lettings team who is very professional and always responds very promptly to our queries.

Renee was amazing in our search for our dream flat! My friend and I were not exactly easy to please, but Renee made every effort to get to know us and exactly what we were looking for. I went to go see a 2 bed flat in Fulham and was accompanied by Abrahim. Although I must say I was not too fond of the property, I was very impressed by Mr Abrahim. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He was very honest and was able to answer all our questions. His service was amazing, usually agents know as much about a property as you! He takes his job seriously and for me that is enough. Even the front reception team were great, from start to finish. I would reccommend KFH and in particular Abrahim to anyone.

BATTERSEA BRANCH - AWFUL EXPERIENCE I would start by saying I never ever write bad reviews. I am a reasonable person and understand things (especially with property sales) don't always go in a straight line. However, when you sell a property (a 2bed with outdoor space in Battersea) with a supposedly reputable agency you expect some level of service. I have had a terrible experience with a particular agent at this branch which all could have been avoided with clear communication.I got one phone call with the initial offer and then I spent the next 4.5months chasing her. I firmly believe that her lack of urgency and clarity has cost me a lot of money so my advice is to do your due diligence before just agreeing to work with a particular agent. I wish I'd asked for some references! Even after settlement she is sending me threatening emails. Thank you to the branch's manager who stepped in and ultimately helped move things along but I just wish we'd never had to get there.

Can’t thank Joseph and Kerry enough.

It’s been nearly one year of working with Kerry first, then Joseph, asking for multiple mortgage offers and it was never too much for them. I spoke with other brokers to make sure i was getting the best offers, and can hand on heart say that KFH had the best customer service and the best rates too. Hamish went well out of his way to help us find a property to rent that met our specific requirements. Unlike every other estate agent that spammed my email inbox with unsuitable properties in random locations, Hamish only ever presented us with relevant properties and made himself available during out-of-office hours for viewings. Communications were very prompt and professional and whilst we did get let down on a couple of properties (through no fault of Hamish or KFH), Hamish retained the level of tenacity and patience that I have come to accept as the benchmark. Overall, very impressed with Hamish and his colleague Farhana who was available when Hamish wasn't .

Avoid KFH Block Management!

Avoid KFH Block Management!They have been managing our estate and have completely mismanaged contracts causing the annual service charge amount to increase exponentially.The have admitted to allowing the estates communal electricity to go out of contract for over a year, causing the cost to increase by over 500% (not an exaggeration!). They neglected to inform our estate directors for over a year, and claimed that they struggled to find a new contract for all that time, but did not tell anyone we were out of contract. The lack of communication on this and all matters is unbelievably poor. They don't respond to tenants queries at all and fail to follow through on any commitments they give. Avoid at all costs.

We were extremely disappointed and angry with how KfH handled our potential purchase of a property. They failed us more than once. Firstly, failing to tell us the full extent of the chain above us (which only transpired three months later!). Secondly, using increasing threats of chain breakdown and deadlines (which always passed without consequence). These always seemed to coincide with month-end and seemingly in the interests of staff commission as once in a new month they stopped! Thirdly, they even suggested we should ignore our solicitor's advice and guidance, questioning why further enquiries were being raised. Inappropriate and unprofessional. To cap it all on the very day exchange and completion dates were set, they informed us a higher offer had been accepted on the property (which presumably they had continued advertising despite our agreement once our offer had been accepted) but claiming that our vendor may be prepared to negotiate. Another way of increasing their commission?? We saw little integrity from KfH, plenty of bull-dozing in their own interests and I have no trust at all in them. Bizarrely, when the sale fell through, they offered to help us find another property. Absolutely no way!
