TrustpilotGood experience buying and selling
Good experience buying and selling through the Sydenham team. I was looked after by Siobhan and Toby who cared about the people in the chain and kept everyone informed at each stage. It took longer than expected but KFH were on top of things and good at maintaining calm. Thank you for looking after me.

TrustpilotPositive experience
There was good communication from the start and our agent, Rebecca, was very helpful and responsive.

TrustpilotI had a disappointing finish for a sale…
I had a disappointing finish for a sale of a flat. Communication was not forthcoming despite requests for regular updates, and also found that there was minimal effort for completing the elements required for the sale which were difficult for an offshore seller. Branch used - Raynes Park.

TrustpilotFlat purchase with KFH
We recently bought a flat with KFH Earlsfield through Natalia Wijata, and had a great experience with the whole agency. Natalia took us around 13 properties, all of which were were exactly what we asked for, and through the purchase process was extremely proactive to ensure all enquiries were resolved. We are very happy with Natalia and KFH, thank you for everything!

TrustpilotQuick sale
Quick sale, straightforward. However I was put under pressure to reduce price within only a few weeks of property going on the market which I did not think was necessary. Also the estate agent was a bit too involved in the sale process. He was always polite and trying to move things on but a few more emails than necessary.

Very responsive accounts team. Quick to revert. Very cooperative and professional

TrustpilotPersistent and hard working
KFH generated a large number of viewings of my property and kept me well informed throughout the process. They were persistent and hard working. My only criticism relates to later in the process (once the offer had been accepted) when I was subjected to a large volume of communication which was not always up to date and often should have been directed to lawyers,

Trustpilotextremely good service and expert advice
We were extremely happy with all the mortgage advice given to us by Sawan and Sharon. They were patient and indwith us, but extremely prompt and timely whenever we needed anything. Their advice was very thorough and expert and we felt in really safe hands. Highly recommend both. Thank you.

TrustpilotVery professional
Very professional. Smooth experience altogether. I've been with KFH for a few years now as a landlord - with several properties - and I am happy to say that the level of service has been consistently good throughout. I would highly recommend KFH to anyone.

TrustpilotThe worst building management company
This company has the be the worst building management company. last year they left 10 apartments without heating and hot water for 3 months. They never reply to enquiry or emails, even the CEO Mr Watts can’t be bothered to reply. today the whole building 70+ apartments have no water at all.. again no one at KFH are replying to emails.

TrustpilotKFH West Hampstead- Best Estate Agent in the area.
I recently purchased a flat using the KFH West Hampstead Branch and I was extremely happy with the whole process. The team was very helpful and professional. I also would like to remark that, comparing with the rest of the local Estate Agents, KFH had by far the best properties on their portafolio. I consequently put the flat in the rental market using again KFH, this time the letting team. I was amazed that the same day I received the keys for the flat, the team had already found a tenant. And even a tenant ready to pay above the asking price. Well done KFH West Hampstead. Many thanks for all your help.

TrustpilotA dream sale
Joel from the KFH Balham branch has been nothing but phenomenal throughout the process of selling our house. From finding a buyer quickly (within 48 hours) to supporting us through a number of bumps within our chain. He has been nothing but professional and caring and we can’t thank him enough.

TrustpilotAbbeville Road KFH
The agents in the Abvevilke Road branch are detail orientated and very responsive to any questions a buyer may have. All the agents in this branch went above and beyond to make my buying experience positive and enjoyable

TrustpilotFirst time purchaser
We recently purchased a flat through this agency, and while the sale did go through, the overall experience left much to be desired.

GoogleAlistair Kidner’s professionalism and vast expertise combined with saintly patience, painstaking diligence and natural- born diplomacy, were pivotal for our sale to be successfully completed last week, after quite a few unexpected hurdles and delays. I really can’t thank him, and his wonderful team enough for everything they have done for us on this life- changing journey. What a team!

GoogleKarim has been so helpful. We found a flat in less than a week. He took our requirements seriously, not showing us flats that wouldn’t fit. Hopefully signing and getting the flat will be as good!

TrustpilotGood experience with KFH
I used KFH as my mortgage broker, working with Pardeep Chahal throughout. He was consistently available, able to explain all the requirements and options in plain English, and helped make this part of the home-buying process really straightforward. I'd happily work with him again.
