GoogleAs a first time tenant I was extremely anxious of the whole experience, but the team at Faron Sutaria and in particular Blaire Fletcher handled the process in a professional and courteous manor. Not only did we find suitable and affordable accommodation within Fulham we were partnered with a responsible Landlord. All in all the other tenants and myself have received a great service from Faron Sutaria.

GoogleDisgusted with how myself and my friends were treated. After securing a place and paying our deposit, you inform us that the deal is off. You told us that we would have our deposit back in 3 - 5 working days. It has now been 2 weeks and we have not seen our money. This has had a massive impact on us as we have been unable to secure any other property due to not being able to pay a deposit. We shall NEVER be doing business with you again. Livid.

GoogleThe Faron Sutaria Lettings team in Fulham were a pleasure to work with. As a first time landlord, I was expecting to have to constantly chase or watch my back, but my experience was completely the opposite. Tanya, Dena and Damien were friendly, proactive and straight-talking from start. Their competence and manner made the process easy and pain free. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleDo not let with this agent! At least the person I dealt with is totally unreliable and forgetfull (for example he called me to obtain a signed contract which I personally had delivered to his office 5 days ago), tricked me in a flat without bed (giving prior written confirmation over all phases that there would be a bed in the flat but tricking me because the final contract which just stated half furnished according to the inventory and I ended up sleeping on my sofa), pushy and unhelpful. Even on the day before handover the keys suddenly disappeared and reappeared, they kept to sets of keys and one of the flat keys I received was so poorly cut that I had task a locksmith to exchange the lock to get into the apartment. I'm an Expat and the head of marketing & CRM of a global corporation and I do understand process and people issues in services like lettings. But in this case I've tasked my legal department to check whether the company Faron Sutaria can be held accountible for the agent's lies and tricks.

As a landlord, I cannot recommend this agency. They have high staff turnover, are extremely disorganized, blatantly mis-inform, and oversee shoddy maintenance. The experience from the POV of the tenant seems to be just as poor. The sales team blatantly over-promises, then the landlord is left trying to understand why they are on the hook for things they explicitly did not agree to. Really a horrible experience all around.

GoogleWonderful experience using this company! I had a call with Felix here to discuss another flat and he immediately jumped on this and late in the evening showed me another flat that we finally signed for. All sorted in under 24 hours! Definitely use these people!!

GoogleJames Mooney is an excellent professional and absolutely fantastic to deal with. He helped and supported us throughout the whole lettings procedure. He did an excellent job negotiating with the landlady and he always immediately responded to our requests. We are all very happy to recommend his as a lettings negotiator. For various reasons (outside control of John D Wood or myself), this was a long, drawn-out sales process. I have to say that John D Wood team was at all times professional, responsive and went above and beyond to get the sale done and completed.
