It is so wonderful to know that even when everything goes wrong and falls apart, there is someone calm and professional on your side to help get the sale back on it’s course. I recently sold a one bedroom flat in London SW6 with Faron Sutaria Fulham. I accepted an offer within a week but it took 5 months to exchange because of slow conveyances and bureaucratic complications. In several occasions I almost lost the sale. With their in-depth knowledge, professional response and even just by being great listeners, Sema Guleyruz and Polly Ogden were always there, going out of their way to mediate, find the best way forward and hold the sale together. I find it hard to imagine that I would have completed this sale without you by my side. Thank you!

I am a landlord and I have used Faron Sutaria for over a year to find tenants for our flat. There are many things that have impressed me about Faron Sutaria in Fulham but the most valuable thing for me has been having the continuity of staff. So many other agencies have fast staff turnover and you can never build a relationship with the letting agent. This has not been my experience at Faron Sutaria and Tanya has been such a support through two tenancies. Not only is she super efficient but she anticipates my needs and is sympathetic and understanding. I have been crossing my fingers that she stays for a long time. I highly recommend this agency and I think Tanya is a gem !

After approaching a number of estate agents to help find a flat to rent, I was most impressed by Faron Sutaria in Fulham, and specifically with our negotiater Muryam. After searching for properties online for a few days after we moved from Australia, we came across Faron Sutaria's Fulham office by chance, and a lucky bit of chance it was. We dealt with Damien who demonstrated the utmost professionalism (whilst still being highly personable) and got us into our ideal dwelling within a matter of days with an equally friendly and accommodating landlord. Damien really listened to our requests and offered us suitable alternatives, but was never pushy or forceful. He was transparent throughout the whole process and made the task of relocating very easy. Faron Sutaria and Damien are fantastic. Looking for our first rental in Fulham was proving rather more difficult than we had anticipated. Trying to find a ground floor flat with outside space for my cats to live in the middle of summer was a very tall order. Faron Sutaria had the perfect place, were able to show us round within hours and had secured us the property within 24 hours. If I could give zero I will! Awful experience starting from when they gave me the keys and then literally disappeared! Then the inventory was totally different from what I found in the house and when I contacted them they said contact the landlord we can’t do anything! Glad that the landlord was cooperative.Now after leaving the house it took them 10 days to send me the inventory checkout and I called them everyday and they gave a different story every day! Now I have been chasing the deposit for 1 month! Literally awful experience, avoid at any cost.
