Dexters Hammersmith Estate Agents is comprised of a highly professional, extremely efficient and friendly team. I am happy that I was persuaded to have them as the agents. Following my bad experience with the Dexters Barnes office (which was closed a couple of years ago) I was sure that would not deal with Dexters ever. However, Dexters Hammersmith office has a great advantage of their location, covering not only Hammersmith, but Barnes and that was a solid argument that convinced me to change my mind. And it was them, who eventually found the buyer for my flat, which was on the sales market for a few years due to the Brexit. I am amazed by their communication with the clients and the lawyers, their positive energy, their precision, friendlinnes and am grateful for their help. I would say that the current team is the best among all the estate agents dealing with Barnes (way better than all the Barnes sales agents).PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I have recently dealt with Ellie Padgett from Wetherells Estate Agents. The process was very smooth with Ellie being very efficient on all fronts. We had a slight issue at check-in and Ellie handled the matter very promptly even meeting me on-site personally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ellie and Wetherells. Sometimes agencies can be great for the initial deal and drop off, but we have had the opposite experience. We have been really impressed by the management service provided by Dexters. Posted a review about this company but it was not accepted and so, I shall post the same review again. Absolutely awful experience and unfortunate that one star is the lowest star that you can give. First photographer used by Dexters was an absolute amateur - slow to issue photographs to be agreed which were all subsequently binned.Floorplan incorrect also. Second photographer was better but then waited ages for the photographs to come through. Spent yesterday all day agreeing photographs to be used and those to be rejected, hard copy brochure to be agreed with Dexters to launch online also.Dexters then just totally ignored with a fifth of the agreed photographs missing online and a third of those photographs rejected included online.Floorplan also incorrect still. Rang the office three times but no one answered the phones in the branch dealing with our sale. Slow service and extremely unprofessional. Never known such a poor Estate Agents. Truly truly dreadful
