GoogleGary Noone has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. We were looking for a rental property and he was extremely helpful. His negotiation skills are excellent. GoogleSuch an easy process to view and sort out a rental with Chesterton. Our Estate Agent was Gary Noone and was the best I've ever dealt with and I've rented a few places in my time. Once we had chosen the property we wanted to rent he was in constant email contact answering all the questions quickly and efficiently. Would recommend/ use Chestertons and Gary again!

GoogleTerrible experience. Would avoid for both buyers and sellers. Absolutely no follow up, do not want me to visit properties I like unless I use their broker, do not reply to my emails when I ask to arrange viewings. Asking prices reducer almost everyday suggesting they overprice. Not surprised that their properties are on the market for more than 6 months! Luckily I have met better agents in the area with whom I managed to buy the house I wanted.

Worst agency to deal with!They are completely unprofessional!!! They try to be nice before you sign the contract and afterwards they never get anything fixed and never call you back. I have been in the apartment for more than 2 months now and still they haven't fixed the issues I reported in the first week of moving in.I would really advice you don't rent with them!
