GoogleI must say I was very hesitant due to the many negative reviews on Google. I made this clear in the conversion with Ilia. Luckily, he was very understanding, explained the situation and was willing to proceed despite my hesitation. I am now living in the apartment for two weeks and couldn't be happier! I definitely recommend Broadway & West. Their agency fees are very reasonable and the deals you can find with them are a lot better than with larger, more known agencies.

GoogleWhilst trying to find my student accommodation with estate agents in the Earls Court area, I was treated like a pariah. The other estate agents showed me flats that were either too expensive, not in my requested locations. When I rejected the flats, I was literally told to stop wasting their time. With Broadway and West, Hasan listened to exactly what I wanted and after viewing 2 of their properties I immediately took one of the flats offered. Hasan helped me through the paperwork and I moved in within days.. Highly recommended.

GoogleLeo and Rashid and the whole team are wonderful. I have known Broadway and West for many years and they have found some truly fabulous tenants for me. They are always super helpful, friendly and professional and I can only recommend them.
Dear Kiki, Your smile and bubbly personality is contentious and we are all extremely happy to have you as a valued client. Thank you for your 5 stars review.

GoogleVeeeeeery dodgy, with random fees all over the place for no real reason. Typos in almost all of their correspondence - at the end of their emails they brag about how they offer "peach of mind" and documents are to "suppled" rather than supplied. Payment in cash only is extremely suspicious with the agents becoming slightly frustrated under the most gentle of questioning. The nearest ATM for you to withdraw the astronomical fees are from a "chicken shop". Combine this with their fake self-reviews on Google - Francesca works there!!! Whilst the offices were air-conditioned, this is to be expected as they make so much money for sending out just a few emails. The pens were also poor quality. Avoid if at all possible.

GoogleHi guys in Broadway and West, I would just like to thank you guys soo much for all your hard work and support you guys done for me and my friends to move in. I know we came at like the most busiest time of the year asking for a 5 bedroom house in Fulham as we are Tech Music school students and wanted something close to our university. We are so grateful you founded us a place and was patient with us and we will be studying there next year as well and we will be renewing with you guys I hope. Francesca and Hassan the two people that were helping us were really great. I have posted on your facebook too but because you guys were so helpful I thought I would post on google I hope we can renew with you guys next year again and i will tell all my fellow students to come to your agency. Regards, Sally, Tim, Holly, Ryan and Raj. P.S highly recommend this agency over Foxton.

GoogleMy rental agenf official is Fatima Yaakoubi. I needed to hire my home from abroad and it was a bit different process. The most problematical thing was that I was so sceptical about money transfer or any kind of fraud. She was so patient and comforting. She answered my excessive number of e-mails and arrenged everything in a very smooth way. I am very thankful to her and glad that she was my rental official!

GoogleI would highly recommend those who seek to find new accommodation to use Broadway and West and specifically ask for Fatima. She is a very sweet, approachable person who has helped me majorly during the process, advising me on which areas will work best for me and showing me a variety of properties within my budget. I highly recommend her for any of those looking for any properties; she will not let you down 🙌🏾

GoogleI have been using Broadway and West to rent out my properties for over ten years now. I deal mainly with Hasan Rashid, a manager who makes the whole process as friction less as possible. New tenants are always found in good time and all paperwork, certificates etc. addressed. I feel he really understands the needs of all parties involved and I can highly recommend his services and those of Broadway and West.

GoogleBroadway & West have been letting and managing my Hammersmith property for 15+ years now and never fail to find me tenants. Any downtime I have had in this period has been of my own choice - for maintenance work. The tenants have all been good so far too and respectful of the property, as a result I have never had to retain any of the various deposits held during these tenancies.

I recomend it to everyone who is looking for a serious and professional letting agency.

GoogleI am very happy that I found Broadway & West. As a Brazilian living abroad for the first time, I was very worried about finding a place to live in London. I rented a flat for one year there, and I highly recommend B&W to anyone who is looking for helpful and very trustworthy agents. Many thanks specially to Ilia and Hasan!!

GoogleA very knowledgable local estate agent. Really know their stuff when it comes to property in and around the area. Best part is that they are an independent and not a larger chain just trying to push their sales numbers up to reach targets but genuinely there to help you.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
