GoogleI have used this agency few times and I am constantly surprised by how good they are, despite dealing with very challenging tenants . From Harun to Leonardo and all the other people working there , my appreciation of their hard work is immense . They really are a cut above all other agencies I have ever dealt with . Highly recommended.

GooglePoor customer service, bad property maintenance and the tenants are awful! My neighbor was a racist drunk man that shouted racist slurs at me often! They did nothing about this and made it very difficult for me to move out. Later, I found out that there have been many police cases in their property! Please be careful!
I am sorry to hear this, and seems to be unusual that this would have not have been followed up if it was reported. Please let me know the property as we have checked all our emails and cannot see any record of your tenancy or any complaints.

GoogleHeadline: Untrustworthy and potentially fraudulent. I was recently reminded of my experience with Broadway & West, which admittedly was a few years ago - they may have improved since then, which would seem to be the case looking at the high reviews, however I have reason to believe the high reviews should not be trusted. Four friends and myself lived in a student house managed by Broadway & West in 2018. When we moved in, the property was filthy, with dirt all over the floor and surfaces, chewing gum on some of the furniture, and old, dirty laundry from prior tenants on the kitchen counter. We raised to the awareness of Broadway & West that a professional clean had not been done, and they verbally agreed that we would not be expected to have one done before we left. Throughout the year, we had serious issues with the plumbing, and somebody completely unqualified was sent to fix it. As a result we were left for over a week without being able to flush one of the two toilets as he repeatedly came back trying and failing to fix it. We also had serious damp issues when we moved in, to the extent that it was a health hazard. The response to which was that we were told to buy a dehumidifier and that they would do nothing about it. Finally, at the end of the tenancy, we ourselves cleaned the house thoroughly but did not get a professional clean. Our agent Hasan then went against the previous verbal agreement and tried to charge us £250 for not having a professional clean. Their evidence included close up photos of small pieces of litter, and the EXIF data on these images showed they had been taken prior to the start of our tenancy - this was blatantly a money grab to try to take some of the deposit, and given the falsifiable evidence, I think could arguably amount to fraud. Despite us having extensive email accounts of all of our complaints throughout the year, they refused to remove this charge. It took us going in, recording our conversation and threatening small claims court for them to go back on it. When I was phoned to tell us that they would give back the deposit, they said that this was conditional on us leaving a 5 star review - another reason not to trust positive reviews here. We did not do so, and had intended to leave an accurate review of our time there, but never got round to it until now. In summary, far and away the worst experience I have ever had with a business, let alone an estate agent.

GoogleI have been a landlord for for 17 years owning a property in Gastein Road. Over the years Broadway and West have provided me with prompt advice and support. They are flexible and all the work I have asked them to do over the years has been excellent. When they recommend a professional that person has also been to standard.

GoogleIf I put this truthfully, I would say that there were a few small issues when I first moved in, but not anymore because Hasan who has been very helpful. The builder who sent by Hasan to fix the problems of my room was also nice and friendly. Hasan even sent me email to double check if the issue has been fixed, I mean - that’s professional! I’m grateful that my London journey started smoothly because of this professionally helpful agent!

GoogleBroadway & West is one of the best letting agents I have dealt with from start to end. Helping me to find my perfect space within my budget and area helped me move in smoothly. Unfortunately, I will be moving out after a year as I needed a bigger space now & again the process was very simple without any complications. Cheers to all the lovely helpful staff! GoogleVery inefficient in terms of refunding held deposits. Extensive errors in accounting and lack of incentive in dealing with past tenants. Seems like they are interested in getting your money in the first place, but not giving them back, even now (7 months after the tenancy has ended).
All deposits are refunded subject to all utility bills and all outstanding debts been cleared. Supporting evidence is required by the outgoing tenant to be given to the agent in order to complete the deposit refund. Any delay in supplying such evidence will result in delaying the refund.

GoogleMy party of students was assigned to Ilia regarding a house in Fulham. As soon as it came to questioning him about the specifics of the property, and negotiating fees, he was extremely rude and childish with answering questions. After we inquired into move in/out fees and gas certificates, he became very aggressive over the phone and a series of poorly-written and angry messages followed, for no understandable reason. Prior to this, we were incessantly asked to hurry up with the signing process, despite constant updates from us. Being hardly the "quality individual" Broadway & West claim he is, I would recommend avoiding Ilia as much as possible if dealing with this estate agency.
