My flat has been on the market for almost 3 years, during which period the property market has been affected by Brexit and Covid 19! Luckily, Georgina and her team has managed to find a buyer for my flat in April, and now the sale has completed! Georgina has done an excellent job in procuring the buyer and monitoring the sale process, which took 5 months to complete! Second time using their services and extremely happy with the way everything is handled. I have to really thanks Helen for helping us finding our first and second flat, without her we wouldn't have found those two amazing properties. She has always been so helpful, always going above and beyond her role. Giuseppe also helped us a lot with the second property and we cannot thank him enough for the job done. I have used Benham and Reeves for well over 12 years to rent out my 2 bedroom apartment. They have been brilliant. Helen and the team based at Imperial wharf have been very responsive and over they years they have never failed to find a tenant, generally within days of the property being vacant. When issues have arisen, in terms of maintenance or tenant issues, Helen has resolved the issues promptly and thoroughly. I suspect in the fallout from Covid the letting market will be tough but The Benham & Reeves office at Imperial Wharf are very well placed to find tenants. It is well known that Benham & Reeves are a well trusted agency, I know that cause my father also knows them and has been in business with them. However, I had few issues with slowness of communication, sometimes not getting an email response and even one very bad encounter which I had to raise an official complaint about via email; however, the response to the complaint was very quick and everything was sorted that same day which made me satisfied. In conclusion, I would come back to them if I needed.
