GoogleAvoid this place. Once they sold the property to you, they will not take care of the property. The communication from this company is beyond poorly. It will take a few weeks to fix some maintenance issues.( at the end, I gave up chasing them.) they will avoid your email and phone calls, and will repeat themselves that they are short on staffs or they are on the conferencing meeting. Judging by the waiting time and the amount of email i had to send them, I realized that they were avoiding me. I'm SO glad that my contract is over. Sorry if you had experienced such difficulties - during the pandemic we have been stretched beyond capacity and now getting back to normal. Our contractors are suffering exactly the same issues we are!

GoogleWorst Estate Agency I have ever seen. Friendly until they get you signed and then as all the previous reviews mentioned: unresponsive, constantly chasing them for things, no maintenance whatsoever in a tenancy of 2 years unless something actually breaks and even then they try to drag it out as long as possible (obviously to get the cheapest possible handyman in as they were never professionals). Hi Luisa, I am very sorry for your experience - having looked at your repair history I can see you had an issue with a mains blockage which ended up costing you a considerable amount of money. Unfortunately landlords have (for a few years now) asked us to put the blockage clause in all contracts passing the cost of any blockage created (after 1 month period) to passed be on to the tenant. This is not unusual now as many landlords face this ongoing issue. In regards to contractors/repairs - we can only send out whoever the landlord chooses us to send - and often they will go with cheaper options, but again we cannot force them to do otherwise. Regardless of this, we will definitely discuss what we could've done better and take your comments on board. Although it may be too little too late, I would like to offer you a Xmas hamper as a sincere apology - if you could get in touch office we will happily make arrangements ! ATB Ziaur Latif

GoogleTerrible experience with this agency. Poor communication. Was always told different information from each agent I talked to. I phoned them multiple times and one agent I talked to on the phone told me that they won't need any documents from me except proof of employment and that would be it, which I told him won’t be a problem and I have the paper ready to provide. A couple of days later, another agent tells me that I will need referencing. I had been in contact with them for over a week planning a viewing of the flat (which they never did), and was never once told that I need referencing until a week later. Update: They are accusing me of lying and then further go on to state that I am the one abusing online (when I am only putting a google review with my personal experience), quite hypocritical.

GoogleI went to Amber and co with my friend to find affordable accommodation for university and they were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. They helped me rent a property for my studies which was perfect for me and my friend. I would highly recommend to any prospective students looking to secure accommodation for their education.

GoogleAccusatory agents that came round on false pretenses, fabricating issues that were common to the area with no evidence of any wrong doing other than vague reports - completely unwilling to substantiate these when challenged but still maintained that they were the reasons to end tenancy early. If you value stability and transparency, look elsewhere. Clearly not above leaving fake reviews to boost their ratings - note the vague positive reviews vs the very specific negative reviews. Not worth the risk!

GoogleI don’t think they deserve any star at all, they enter the property without a confirmation from the tenant. If u take a property from them, you have to leave your privacy out. If I could do without any star at all I would complete the comment.

GoogleI had a viewing booked with this agency and when I showed up they told me they forgot to tell me they rearranged it. Literally wasted few hours of my day and for no reason. Not only that but when I asked when another viewing is they were being rude. Avoid this agency at all costs!
