GoogleFrom a landlord's perspective I am happy to recommend IGLOO. I have a number of properties with this agency and they do get tenants that are appropriate for the homes, and stay long term. Hello Duncan We were somewhat surprised to receive a 2 star review from you as we have no record of you on our system as a client, either buying or selling, so we haven’t had the opportunity to provide you with a service. You state…. “House for sale not on website” As you haven’t mentioned which property it is, I can’t give you a definitive answer, however it can only be one or two 'things' and these are…. 1. The property is not yet live on the sites and the saleboard has just been erected. 2. The property has just sold (to the delight of our client) and the 'sold sticker' has still to be put up. It may have sold or went under offer on Thursday or Friday and our saleboard team have only just been notified to change it to ‘sold’, this can take a couple of days. If a property has sold it will be still be showing on rightmove, you just need to click the little box (include under offer or sold subject to conclusion of missives), you then might see it appear. If you are looking for a house in a particular area then why not just give us a call, I’m sure we could help as we market and sell more property than any other office in Lanarkshire, we may even have something coming on to the market that might suit you. You could have called us on Monday and we could have helped you, rather than just posting a 2 star review - doesn’t seem very fair, does it! Team Igloo
