Friendly, helpful and genuinely care about their customers. Igloo service and pricing is so competitive and reasonable and I would highly recommend them every time. AMAZING! GoogleSold our property via Igloo and it was fast and efficient. Reece looked after us very well and had the the adverts ready very quickly and viewings organised within a few days. We sold the property within two weeks and achieved 10% above the asking price. Very happy and would certainly recommend using Reece and Igloo.

GoogleRude and completely incompetent. Asked 4 times for a home report on a property and still waiting. Would hate to be the seller of that property using this company! Gonna just chap the door!!
Hello Thomas We are extremely disappointed that you feel you have received poor service, that wasn’t the impression you had given Linda, retrospectively, who had dealt with your enquiry. Linda had tried to call you and sent a text when we received your email requesting the home report. We had so much interest in the property that she didn’t want you to miss out on a viewing, or indeed miss out on the property, as we knew, given the interest that it would be going to a closing date. Hence the reason she had called rather than email. Our normal practice is to send out the home reports once you have booked a viewing or have viewed the property. We pride ourselves on our customer service and it’s disappointing when we work so hard to achieve great recommendations, to then receive such a poor review - especially when we were actually trying to help! We were managed to receive the keys to our new home under a weeks time, with the help of Peter. They were all super helpful and reliable. I would definitely recommend using this agency.
