GoogleAbsolutely great people. Went for viewing at 12 in the afternoon. Had decision by 4pm same day. Agent Julie was very helpful from first minute we spoke. I would definetly recommend future renters to get in touch. And if your lucky like myself you might get Julie as your agent. Thank you Igloo estate agents.

GoogleThe guys were very helpful in answering any queries I had. Felt at times I had to give them a push to give me info on figures of views on the site etc. But when asked they provided. House was on the market for 7 months and with a bit of guidance on how to drum up viewings we got there in the end. Thanks guys.

Your expert strategy to try to sell to landlords only initially, and then change it as per the market situation, to bring the offers from the wider market (first time buyers, down sizers etc.) did work very well, and finally we have a successful offer on the table. Considering the fact that we were first time sellers, your valuable guidance re the home report and property valuation was proved to be very helpful to us. Many thanks once again for all your efforts, I hope that you will continue to support us through to the completion of the conveyancing stage.

GoogleHopeless letting agent they dont even bother to cl you have to chase them for your rent and when you asked why the rent is not paid they always tell you we are doing our best for god shake what best they are doing they dont even stick with their word their manager dont even know how to talk with the customer and when my rent was not paid for 3 month which is nealry 1900 pound then i asked them to vacant my property they delayed to give the notice to tanent and slow approach from their end to recover my rent and when only 15 days left for the notice they came up with the idea that tanent gona pay 300 pound every week . Then i asked the manager its only 2 week left to notice period and after making 2 payment if the tanent stop paying me and the notice period over what gona happen she was blank and told me i will call u back and then she called me back and said once the notice period over we have to give another 2 month notice . So i asked her let the tanent pay first 300 pound then i will discuss with my husband wether we want to keep the tanent because the tanent one month rent was pending from last 8 month and they said this before and failed to make the payment that time so its hard for us to trust them the manager said its fine and after the first payment on 2nd of feb they will Contact me for my decision but my husband contacted her for the status she said this is not ethical as the notice hanging on tanent head and only 10 days left. They always come with some excuse they said my cooker broke we dont even know that . I just dint understand where her ethic gone when after notice tanent didnt make any contact and we paid the 3month mortgage from our pocket and tanant only contact when only 15 days left for notice ..... this letting agency is hopeless And when they cant do anytjing they just hang their cl
We are truly sorry about the difficulties you have experienced with your tenant in relation to your rent payments. We have worked hard, with repeated contact attempts and property visits to collect the rent on your behalf without success and fully sympathise with your position and understand your frustration. This is also extremely frustrating for us. Our procedure is to pay any rent received from a tenant to the Landlord on the same day, or within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we can’t pay you the rent when the tenant fails to pay us. When the tenant fails to pay their rent, we must, by law, give 2 months’ notice for them to vacate the property as per the terms of their tenancy agreement. GoogleThey Didn't bother to call us back after my phone call to book a viewing. I was told that they did not have the keys yet and they would get back to me to book a viewing. I was waiting in vain. We found out the property was under offer to be rented. We're not DSS, no smokers have no pets, I will never understand why some letting agencies (because it's not the first time we're experiencing this lack of professionalism ) just ignore some potential tenants.. Disappointed Très déçue du manque de professionnalisme de cette agence immobilière. Si vous recherchez un appartement à louer, armez vous de patience ou plutôt n'hésitez pas à les rappeler plusieurs fois pour être sûr d'être pris en considération.

Mostly we dealt with Peter and Linda, they were both very friendly and enthusiastic. We highly recommend Igloo to anyone. GoogleAm a landlord with IGLOO letting team. The team there are responsive and professional, and easy for tenants to get hold of. Like that they are very central to Hamilton and all work from the single office (other agencies have multiple locations for maintenance etc).
