Hi Catherine, sorry to receive your negative review. I have checked with our lettings team and I understand you were scheduled to view a property 'To Let' through ourselves but it was 'Let Agreed' before you got chance to see it. Unfortunately, the lettings market is extremely busy at present so properties are in high demand. Whilst we would have liked to have more prospective tenants view the property we are at liberty to follow our landlords instructions. We wish you all the best luck in finding a suitable property.

GoogleNever had such a bad experience even Dick Turpin wore a mask when robbing people they just do it blatantly, rude,callous individuals,no people skills minus 5 stars if possible
Out of respect I wont go into detail why your daughter was asked to leave the rental property. However, a dilapidation report was compiled post tenancy and your daughter did have the opportunity to appeal but chose not to. Customer satisfaction is given the highest priority within our organisation so if you feel that a member of staff has been anything but courteous I would welcome a conversation with you.

Google3 weeks I've been trying to view a property for. Over 10 times I've rang everytime getting told they would get back to me it's borderline ridiculous. Still waiting now. Id think twice about using these to host your property, I literally avoid properties when I see the Adams sign now.

GoogleThe best experience that I ever had with Estate Agents! Excellent agent (Beverly) always supporting us and being so quick on answer back all our inquires! I do recommend Adams. My family and I are so happy with the property and neighborhood. 5 stars is the minimum rate!!
