FacebookFab service compared to others I've previously marketed a house with. Bradley was informative and fully explained my options regarding pricing, he also took the time to make sure the pictures were perfect. Only downside I found was I couldn't get through to the office on occasions because the lines were often busy.

GoogleWell not sure where to start, firstly it took 6 weeks to put a for sale board up, after many phone calls, being told it must have blown down etc ( one of their boards was up next door with sold on, so the first thing potential buyers saw was this). I was away having had an operation on my thumb, I received a phone call to say that someone had come to check the drains and could he have a key which I had no choice but to say yes as I was 3 hours away. Then an electrician was allowed in without my knowledge, he left the electric turned off so consequently I came home a week later to have stitches removed to a house that smelt like something had died ( 2 freezers full of food). The buyers seemed to think that the house was already theirs, they dodged the question and said that they didn’t know who the electrician was. No compensation for the £200 pounds worth of food..Not happy about people being let in my house unaccompanied and the consequences I originally dealt with a lady who unfortunately went off sick, the service after this was debatable, promises that they would get back to me but didn’t happen. Also previously had the property on sale with them, the escorts assisting the viewings left the conservatory door unlocked and the lights on in the kitchen (I was also away at that time). All these points have been complained about to no avail. To finish off I have had a very bad experience for the money that they charged, no apology offered for these mistakes.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleFirst choice move we excellent up to when the house was marked sold. Excellent photos, friendly staff and very helpful with conducting viewings and trying to get the house sold. The price was great also, we opted for the pay upfront option. Only reason I haven't marked it 5 stars is that once the house was sold we didn't really get any communication from them , no checking how things were going or asking if we needed any help etc. We had to ring a few times to see if they could get updates and chase up for us. But glad we used them and did the job. Thanks.PositiveValue
