GoogleAfter months of having our house on the market with another agent, we decided to go with a different one. My friend recommended First Choice because he had the best experience with them, so we decided to just go for it. Right from day one, they were absolutely fantastic! The lady who came to ours to market our property, gave us some really good tips on how to get an offer, which we did. The house went on the market, had one viewing the same week but it wasn't suitable which we understood. Two days later, we had another viewing which went perfectly, and they put an offer in above our asking price which of course we accepted! Since then, everyone at First t Choice have been so helpful, supportive but most of all, always available if I needed any advice or questions. We honestly didn't think we would sell our house, but thank goodness we changed agents. Absolutely no regrets at all, they gave us proper feedback and explained everything. Highly recommended, brilliant customer service from everyone at First Choice from day one. If it wasn't for them, we would never had found our perfect home. Thank you
Thank you Sally!! That has to be one of my favourite reviews. I am delighted we got you a sale quickly. We have many clients come to us after getting frustrated with their current agent. Thank you for using us and for the fabulous review. Chris

GoogleYet again a really good experience as a seller with first choice move. Take really good photos & are so helpfull & friendly throughout the process. Work hard to make the selling experience as smooth as possible. I really wouldn't use anybody else- especially as having been a would be buyer, they are so much better than other estate agents when engaging with the buyer as well.- which is how you want your agent to treat potential buyers!

GoogleWell what can we say but an utter shambles, arranged a viewing of a property in Nethertown for 13.30 today, due to unknown road closures on the approach we had to detour and arrived at the property slightly late at 13.38, only to find out from a neighbour that the First Choice Move agent had already left, apparantly they had been there for an hour. Looks like communucation is not there forte, not only within their organisation but the fact that no contact attempt was made with us to ascertain where we were, as this would have highlighted to them they had got the arranged viewing time wrong.

FacebookWe would like to thank First Choice Move for all their help in selling our home. It went within a day. Professional and friendly from first contact to end of sale. So thanks Chris. Also a huge thanks to their Mortgage Advisor Jennifer who helped make this a simple process. Would recommend to anyone wanting to sell their house or looking for a mortgage.
