We recently sold my parent’s house and completed the sale yesterday . We can’t thank Lindsey Power enough for her kindness and professionalism. Throughout the sale process we have felt that all queries have been dealt with in a timely manner and we have relied on Lindsey to guide us through the sale process . As a family we were keen not to sell what had been a happy family home for 60 years to investors and hopefully with Lindsey’s help we have achieved that . I would have no Hesitation in recommending Ryder and Dutton due to their guidance and excellent marketing we had a great deal of interest in the property. Since we do not live near the property and were away on holiday last week Lindsey and her colleagues did everything they could to facilitate the sale .

The team at the Chadderton branch were really responsive and very patient with me constantly wanting updates from a very slow sale. Lewis gave his advice on an approach for marketing which resulted in an offer on the first day it was viewed. He also took photos of the property which really did help present the property at its best.James kept me updated with me progress with the buyer who had unexpected issues which made the sale much slower than anticipated. Amazing customer service from start to finish! We dealt with Matthew and he was outstanding. Unfortunately our buyers solicitors were rubbish, causing everything to move at a glacial pace, but Matthew made sure that everyone was kept up to date, and the right people were chased! Great Communication and Service

We sold our house through Ryder and Dutton this year. We dealt with Lewis initially on valuing and listing the house. Then during the viewings and sale we liaised with Leon. The communication we received throughout was great, which we really appreciated due to issues in our chain. There were times when I thought the sale would fall through, but Leon worked hard to ensure that things were resolved and we eventually managed to close the sale. Our buyers team of solicitors and estate agents were useless and I really believe if it wasn't for Leon, then we likely would have ended up losing our sale. So I'd like to thank the team for helping us throughout the process.

If you’re looking for an estate agent who’ll stick with you through thick, thin, and apparently all four seasons… this is the one! Our house move took 13 months to complete but throughout the entire saga Lacey remained proactive, passionate, and incredibly helpful. She was always approachable, understanding, and genuinely cared about getting us over the finish line. Now, was she a little annoying at times? Absolutely, but only because she never stopped chasing, checking, calling, and nudging everyone involved. Looking back, that persistence is probably the reason we finally got the keys! Worst experience for a first-time buyer

We were very excited when the staff told us our offer had been accepted, but we did not know that it was just a joke to us. The staff updated us by phone and told us the seller accepted our offer and asked me to send them all the bank statements, and other information they needed and pay them to find a solicitor. We thought everything should be alright, but they called us yesterday and told us the seller had not accepted our offer yet!? I asked them how it was possible; their answer was they had not received the documents we sent two days before and one of the staff who took the phone told me they received them. When I tried to call them all their answer was "I do not know" or "My colleagues have not passed it to me yet". Last but not least, we already got a solicitor doing the confirmation and they told me we can still use their service to find another house. I do not think it is making any sense! That is truly awful to a first-time buyer who needs your help and you did it in a "perfect" way. This was planned to be a five-star comment but that seems like a total disaster to me now.
