GoogleAvoid 244 Hanson lane and Ryder and Dutton. Trying to add false claims onto the property to try get more money from me. I’ve got picture evidence of the damage that was already there and evidence of Iqra back tracking on what she has stated. Unfortunately she has now said I’ve given the wrong keys which is totally false. I’m trying to sort the issues but staff and Iqra are making it difficult. Unfortunately Mathew and Stacey are no longer working there who were absolutely amazing with me before hand. Such a shame these people ruin the business reputation and future custom. I’m now having to go through legal advice due to her false claims and not being fair. I’ve taken some responsibility and trying to sort that out but I will not be lied too and told I’ve damaged or changed keys when i 100% gave the correct keys back when she asked over email and even returned with an extra key the following day as specified. I want this sorting to move on but I will not take responsibility for the extra things you’re trying to add.

GoogleI would never rent through this company again. They allowed the landlady to mess me about chronically! Stuck my rent up by an extra £75 then the next week told me she was selling up!!!! So I was paying more money and expected to stay there whilst people walked round my house for viewings! So I Put my notice in and left! They even tried to keep my bond because the flat had about 1000 spotlights and when I moved in one by one they was all popping and blowing the fuse board, I emailed them after about 10 had gone out at this point to say I had bought about 8 and I wasn’t willing to keep buying them, why should I really? I was very fair and said it would cost the landlady a fortune to replace them all so leave them and I will just use my lamps which I prefer. They then tried taking my bond because they said I should have replaced them all before leaving!!! Luckily for me because they don’t mark anything on your records - I keep emails!! I found the email where I said this and had a reply thanking me for doing that and THEN I got my bond back!!! Tried contacting every one possible to complain and was ignored by all emails I used for customer service, complaints and enquiries! Horrendous, the stress you caused me was completely unfair I rented that flat 4 years+ you got your rent early every month and never missed a payment. They want to do checks at the most stupid times they don’t regard the fact people work and want to always suggest they let their self in with the spare key…. No! Would never use them again!

I have just ‘ exchanged contracts’ on my deceased mother’s house in Simmondley as I write this and all I can say is Ryder & Dutton offer an outstanding service and I wish this estate agency stretched to the Wirral.From meeting Damien O’Grady who valued the family house (and it was Ryder & Dutton we chose from meeting a number of estate agents) to the first class service I have received especially from Ryan Jackson (he is a credit to this estate agency)Although I could use the tracker to keep in touch as to who had offered for our family house and how the sale/searches were going it was the personal touch from Ryan that counted. Ryan was extremely professional but friendly. He understood the decisions I made as to why I had chosen particular buyers and emailed but certainly kept in touch with phone calls as to how the house sale was progressing. I especially valued this, as not living in the area, it was difficult to not pop into the estate agents. I found it easier having Ryan ‘in the know’ rather than contacting our solicitor. Ryan’s full support enabled the house sale to go through extremely smoothly and I will always be extremely thankful for his help and support.

Buying with Ryder & Dutton was a bit of an experience of two halves. I'll start with the positives. Once we'd had an offer accepted, Nichola was super-responsive, easy to contact, and gave us timely updates from the sellers. Up until that point, James was also contactable and really clued up on what was out there. Ultimately it was his advice that meant we even considered offering on this house.On the flip side - though I have no written evidence - I do feel strongly that James tried to play us on the day our offer was accepted. The house hadn't been viewed for weeks, then all of a sudden a mystery buyer came in and offered £10k more than us. We refused to budge, and hey presto by the end of the day the seller's had accepted our offer anyway. It's not impossible, but it seems unlikely.Overall, I'd say my experience was good. And if I was selling, I'd probably definitely recommend them because they might get you an extra £10k.
