I have been in to this branch of Reeds Rains several times. The people there are invariably helpful, even though I have seen several houses but not found the right one yet. I also saw Sid the mortgage broker to get a quote for a mortgage. He was very thorough and explained my options in straightforward language. They seem to know what they are doing and I would definitely recommend them.

The staff at this branch have been wonderful and have made the process of selling my property as stress free as possible especially considering we are in the middle of an annoying plague ! I have tried to call this Estate Agent 3 times in the last week or so. Every single time it goes to answer phone. You leave a message but they NEVER call you back. Why anyone lists property with them is beyond me.

I was recently introduced to Reeds Rains Halifax branch through a mutual business friend. From my initial conversation with Jan(the branch manager) through to marketing the property I found the whole experience extremely efficient. Unlike other agents I’ve used before they actually do what they say there gonna do which is quite refreshing. I will certainly be using Reeds Rains again.

I must admit i am very impressed with the service i have received from Reeds Rains Halifax. Every member of staff i have spoken to have been very knowledgeable but also very helpful. I have dealt with many estate agents in my time but the team here by far have been the best.

I recently let a property through reeds rains and the service was outstanding. I went with a fully managed and did not have to lift a finger. Beth organised my property certificates, inventory, new epc and found a new tenant all within two weeks. I won't be looking elsewhere with my next rental properties.

Beth and Jamie in particular are so attentive and were great at keeping me informed as a landlord, with regular updates by phone and email, always keeping me in the loop. Will no doubt be returning to them to advertise and manage my other properties!
