The team over in Halifax came to our house sale late, after our account was moved to them from a sister brand in Wibsey on its closure (but that's a different review) I can say that even though the team got royally dumped on with all those additional properties, they were all over our sale to completion Amy and Jan are two of the most pleasant helpful people I have come across taking the bumps in our sale in their stride (even with a stressed out seller on the other end of the phone) thanks to them we got there. Whilst here. I must also praise Harmony over at Wibsey who even though wasn't working for the sister brand (Your Move) on the branch closure, made herself available to answer any question the Halifax team might have had. That's above and beyond. Advice to management add Harmony to the team of Amy and Jan. WOW what a team that would be.

Recently approached reeds rains to fully manage my property as it was my first time letting. The professionalism and communication throughout this whole journey has been absolutely fantastic from Jamie and Beth. They organised everything from start to finish and kept me updated without even a prompt or a nudge. Although it was a stressful time for me, the lettings team made it so much worthwhile and took care of all my queries and concerns. Could not ask for a better service if anyone wants to sell/rent their property. First class service, Thank-you.

I have always owned my own property, so the first time I went into rented accommodation was a new experience for me. Beth and Jamie are fantastic, they explained the whole process very clearly, kept me fully up to date on the progress of the letting and once I moved in were brilliant with any problems I encountered and if they couldn’t help, they put me in touch with the correct people.
