GoogleWe would highly recommend Mike Palmer and Ewemove.
We were very impressed with how he managed and handled the full end to end sale of our property.
Very responsive and a nice man to cap it off!

GoogleDean looked after us from start to finish. He arranged at very short notice our first viewing, as we were going away on holiday. He kept in touch with regards to our offer, and the photos on the listing were good and the description accurate.
His communication let him down at times as we had to chase him to get replies, but we feel that he is far too busy and that he needs help and support. To be on call 24/7 is too much to expect of anybody, and Dean does have clients interest at heart.

GoogleThoroughly professional throughout the whole process of buying my first house. Mike, who showed me round the house and kept in touch throughout the process was a complete star. Even dropped the keys to me at work so I didn't have to travel to their branch. Nice touch.

GoogleI requested to register my interest in a rental property in Sowerby Bridge which I was advised was very
popular. I was told I would receive a call nonetheless re a viewing, and an automated e mail came through. I did not get a call back, so I called the number on the e mail only to be told it was passed to

GoogleAmazing,
Was in desperate need of finding a home for me and my little girl and if it wasnโt for Nikki Dearnaley then I probably still wouldnโt have one now, she helped me out so much and tried her nothing but hardest for me! Couldnโt appreciate her more & couldnโt of asked for anyone better to help me find a home! I love our new home and canโt wait to be in it! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart your truly amazing xox

GoogleGreat service from Mackays in both the sales and rental teams. Both teams were efficient at selling & finding a tenant using very effective & professional marketing to really show the properties off. Would use Adam, Sarah and the team again without a doubt.

GoogleEstate agents sometimes come with bad reputations but that is definitely not my experience of Mackay. Michael who was my agent there was absolutely superb from start to finish. He was always professional, friendly, polite and went over and above in what ended up being a long and difficult move. He kept me well informed at every step of the way and was very knowledgeable on both the property I was buying and the whole process. Absolutely brilliant and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Facebook10/10 would not use or recommend. We applied for a house after the agent made it extremely difficult for us to view it and was discriminated against because of how many children we have (we have 4). Was told by Dean, in his words โI canโt rent that house to you with all those kidsโ and some other garbage about the kids sharing a bedroom.
Still awaiting a call back from management. Which doesnโt look like itโs going to happen.
What an absolute joke!

GoogleMy partner and I met with Tracey and we couldn't have had a nicer person showing us the property. Before we had arrived at the viewing Tracey had called to ensure we had no issues finding the address and we were met with a warm welcome when we got there. Not only was Tracey personable and informed on the property itself but also on the surrounding area, giving lots of great tips and advice! We then went to Mackay Property's office itself and were greeted with even more friendly and helpful members of staff. Michael who was looking after the sale of the property called later that afternoon, updating us on our offer very quickly. We're sure the rest of the process will continue to be as nice and easy as how it's started!
