Wow!, I am not normally one for writing reviews regardless of good or bad service but i feel compelled to do so in this case. What can I say about Ewe Move, Mike, and the team?, just a fantastic experience so far, The whole team go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. We had two properties to sell one was our Mother in laws and the other our own. Our plan was to combine funds so we can find a bigger property to accommodate our ageing Mother in law. Once instructed the properties were placed on the market within a day and both properties sold within a day! (Although we did not market each property at the same time.) The process was so simple with e-documents to sign which speeds everything up and eliminates the time constraints that traditional mail can pose. We had sold the first property within a day, fantastic, but we had yet to market our own house. We went to view a house on Wednesday 12/08/2020 which we fell in love with but because we had not yet marketed our own we were not in a proceed-able position. We were panicking because we really wanted this house but their had been a huge amount of interest in it and we were just not in a strong position to proceed . We contacted Mike who came round at 9am the following morning, having specifically changed his diary to accommodate us so he could take pictures, notes etc to market our home, which went live the same day. That same evening two viewings were booked for the following day. The second of those viewings made an offer and it was accepted. From our instruction it took Ewe Move less than 48 hours to market and sell our house. The outcome of this has meant we had our offer accepted and that would simply not have happened without the first class service Ewe move have provided. Mike, Wendy and the rest have the staff have been brilliant and we cant thank them enough, I would highly recommend their service, you will not be disappointed. We contacted Ewemove to help us sell our house, we dealt with Mike the whole way through the process and he was brilliant, such a nice friendly guy. The pictures he took of the property were great and it sold within 2 weeks ! The whole sale went through smoothly and he contacted me regulary with updates. Any advice i needed to make the property sell he was more than happy to help with which was great as this was my first house sale. Mike even met me at the house so I could give the keys over ! Firstly may I thank Mike & Tania Palmer for providing us with a first class professional service. Throughout the whole process they conducted themselves in a manner which left 'no stone unturned', right from assessing the property, marketing it to subsequent viewings, which led to where we are today -the property being sold. I am still amazed that the whole process took less than six weeks to complete, and at a time of the year where properties are the most difficult to sell. Estate agents have arguably in the past been stereotyped as a certain breed of people, and been portrayed as having a negative image, nothing could be further from the truth in Mike & Tania's case. Not only are they masters of their craft, but they are also thoroughly honest and decent people. From the first phone call to Mackay they had my attention, Tracey was polite, jovial and more importantly interested in my situation, it felt like someone wanted to help us sell our home and it wasn’t just another day in the office which I found when contacting some of the other agents. Tracey clearly loves what she does and it shows. From there we met Adam who completed our valuation, clearly new what he was doing and understood the market and talked to us about the best options and time to release are property to ensure the right buyers came along. The unique videos that showcase the property almost made us want to put an offer in.
