Abbi's great to work with and any queries or issues with access into their properties for our engineers are always dealt with promptly to avoid any delays. If I could score zero stars for this company then I would. Total lack of care from a tenants perspective. From a landlords perspective not great either as the workmen they send are not specialist - ie sending a general handyman to paint over damp - it still showed as the paint was runny as water.I couldnt move in on the day I had paid to as the house hadnt been cleaned and the boiler was broken.On move out the experience got worse. The house was left immaculate yet they took £75 to clean the worlds smallest bathroom (only a shower no bath) and £105 to pull up some weeds on the front drive and trim a bush.Terrible experience, made to feel like a 2nd class citizen. AVOID

GoogleThis review concerns Jordan Fishwick Hale property sales NOT rentals. JF Hale rentals provided me with excellent service for over 10 years so I entrusted the sale of the house to their property department. They valued the house at £395k for marketing.This seemed low to me so I had an independent valuation done by Jones Surveyors at a cost of £390.00 They valued the house at £430k high to £400k lowest still £5k higher than JF Hale.I instructed JF to market at £430k and the property sold within a week at £427,500.I queried JF’s valuation to be told they often go low to drive the price up(seems strange to me-why not get the price right in the first place)It’s easier to drop the price £2.5k than to drive it up £32.5k IMHO. Communication throughout the sale was largely at my request to find out what was happening. I will not use JF Hale to sell my own property in the near future.

LANDLORDS BEWARE. They treat tenants terribly but most importantly are NOT good property managers. They do not carry out end of tenancy cleaning/repairs (which you assume are done for the amount you pay them) and just hope the new tenant doesn't notice. If the new tenant does notice you are drawn in to battle with them as to who pays for what when these guys should have been sorting this to begin with. The property I was involved with had a bailiff threatening to knock the doors down for a tenant that had left years ago - no help and can only imagine who'd have footed the bill for new doors. I've been a tenant and a landlord for years, I wouldn't go near this bunch ever gain. Also - staff at DIRECTOR level are incapable of handling GDPR issues.

This company trats tenants very poorly, expects people to just accepts rent increase 10 days prior the end of the lease!!! and now is the second year in a row that's been doing that. Don't trust them, no matter how hard you'll stress the fact that tenants need at least 2-3 months notice for actining on a rent increase, they will defend the rights of the landloard and disregard the community.During these difficult times I'd expect a company like this to care about the community instead of just business but I guess this isn't the case.

After 40 years in the same house we were very glad to have the Wilmslow JF team's knowledge, experience and professionalism to help us through the process of selling. Very successful outcome, and very good communications throughout with Broghan and Richard. People tell us it's never great fun to sell a property, but it certainly helps to have confident guidance and support through the process.

This Estate Agent (Chorlton branch) allows gazumping after an offer has been accepted and buyer has agreed to proceed. They say they would allow this up to Exchange day! They do not give you the truth of the situation. I had to squeeze the information out of the sales director!! I would not trust this estate agent. Although gazumping is not illegal in the UK, it is completely unethical and professionally unacceptable!

This company participates in Tenancy Application Fraud by knowingly making false statements in the tenancy application without the knowledge or consent of the landlord. As a matter of unequivocal fact, Jordan Fishwick and HomeLet UK made false statements by claiming an applicant had a landlord when he did not. Claiming an applicant was a private tenant when he was not and accepting the same NI and Payroll number for the applicant as was provided for the financial referee and accepting the same mobile number for the applicant as was taken for the fake landlord all for the purpose of processing a Fraudulent Tenancy Application.This company also complied with instructions from HomeLet UK the referencing company who are supposed to be fighting Tenancy Application Fraud not to request proof of employment or proof of income from the applicant yet somehow an apparent payslip was uploaded to the Case Log when it did not even exist because a copy could not even be provided to the landlord after HomeLet UK said they gave it back to Jordan Fishwick while Jordan Fishwick insisted, they never received any payslip from the applicant. These two companies Jordan Fishwick are the facilitators of Tenancy application fraud and HomeLet UK were also complicit in accepting as the conditional proof of address an unauthorized NHS letter inviting the applicant to take part in a survey. When asked why this unauthorized document was accepted HomeLet and Jordan Fishwick said it was accepted because the applicant "didn't have anything else" so they did not refer it to their underwriters. So, there you have it, and this is just the tip of the iceberg to what these two agents did. The rental has since been severely damaged not to mention no rent has been paid for the last 6 months and because the tenant was allowed to make anticipatory breech of the AST by telling Jordan Fishwick and HomeLet that he planned to find a home in the Uk as well as abroad and this was not disclosed to the landlord, the Tenant hasn't been living in the property causing a pipe to burst causing tens of thousands of pounds worth of damage. Jordan Fishwick also tried to retrospectively change the terms the agreement (more fraud) to remove their obvious liability. The police are now involved because this tenant has apparently stolen furniture from the fully furnished rental. This case is going all the way to the civil and criminal courts and all those associated with protecting these fraudsters will be named and shamed in the process. If this is post is not genuine as it has previously been claimed, then I challenged Jordan Fishwick and HomeLet to sue me for defamation. I'll be taking a screenshot and copy of this post in case I have to repost it elsewhere.

First time buyer. Should have been easy but ended up being a very long, drawn out process. Had it not been for the Chorlton branch at Jordon Fishwick (Stuart for the first 5 months and Maura who took over during a difficult exchange & completion) I think we would have given up. We were guided and helped through to a successful conclusion! Would not hesitate in recommending this company.

GoogleWould definitely recommend. Purchased a property Jordan Fishwick were marketing and Tom and his team were excellent. The sale wasn't an easy one (being in a chain) but Tom was very proactive whenever there were any potential issues and ensured that everything progressed through to completion.
