From the moment we started the process of selling our house Matt and the team have been nothing short of amazing. We listed our property on the Monday and had an offer which we were absolutely delighted with by the Wednesday afternoon. Home Connexions have absolutely exceeded our expectations and made a usually stressful process totally easy and pain free! Would recommend to anyone selling. Thanks again to you all!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

House Sale East Kilbride

We had to sell my mums house in East Kilbride so she could move nearer us. We live about 360 miles away. With Home Connexions we found the whole process from start to finish really easy. Tony came round explained process and fee’s to us and left us his card. We did phone him direct to clarify some things. Thereafter as the process progressed we dealt with the office who were extremely helpful in both keeping us informed when anything happened but also in answering any questions we had and returning any calls when we left a message. This mattered a great deal to us as we were over 360 miles away most of the time. On the whole I am really glad that we chose to use Home Connexions as our Estate Agents. The price our house sold for was the price Tony had mentioned in his original visit when we had asked for a rough idea as to what he thought the value was.

Excellent service from start to finish. Matt was so helpful when he first viewed our property to sell, gave honest and professional opinion, and always on hand for advice. Karen and Susan in the office extremely helpful and professional, and always willing to listen and offer advice. Was an emotional time selling my late mum's house, but they helped me through the difficult process. Would highly recommend this estate agent.

Very professional estate agent. Tony has sold a couple of houses for me over the years and the one i am selling now has had an offer in 3 days of going on the market. He gives very good advise on how to have your house sale ready. Tony, Karen and the team are lovely and keep you well informed of any progress.

Excellent service from a professional, local estate agent. Immediately felt in 'safe hands' with them - was impressed with the schedule & photographs that were created to market my home & was kept informed at all stages of the selling process. Also bought my new property through Home Connexions and again the whole process was smooth from start to finish. All staff are friendly & personable with special thanks to Karen & Martin.

I have used home connexions twice for my flat and my house sale and their customer service has been excellent. Tony and Kenny turned up exactly on time for the valuations arranged after work when it suited me and phoned to advise when they were on route, i got the costs there and then and the photos were arranged the same week. The ladies in the office couldnt have been nicer, they always phoned to advise of viewings and called the next day with the feedback and were really friendly and professional and both properties sold quickly. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend home connexions to anyone and i would definitely use them again.

We used Home Connexions to market and sell our home in East Kilbride and I cannot express my gratitude to them enough, in particular the office staff that went above and beyond to help us achieve our sale. We had a rather difficult experience with our initial buyer pulling out very late on however the office staff were incredibly supportive and managed to find us another buyer within a few days to help calm what was a very stressful time for us. Karen and her staff were always free for advice and support and really make you feel like you are their only customer, I cannot recommend them highly enough. The marketing photos and presentation video are levels above other agents we have used previously and really make a difference. Again I cannot recommend them highly enough if you are looking to sell your home.
