GoogleAn initial sale that fell through aside (no fault of the estate agent) Home Connexions were approachable, helpful with pleasant friendly staff and a can-do attitude. They were always available at the other end of the phone and always returned your calls. I dealt mainly with Matt (at Home Connexions) and found him helpful, pleasant and always contactable, which is key whilst trying to sell a property. I’ve had the pleasure of both buying from and selling through the team at Home Connexions, and from seeing both sides of the process I would highly recommend them. The team stand apart from other agents as, among other things, they stay involved until completion rather than just allowing it to fall to the solicitors once the home is under offer! As a buyer, I was kept well informed as the sale progressed, and when inter-lawyer conversations seemed to break down the team were happy to step in and ensure both the seller and us as buyers were kept informed which allowed the sale to complete smoothly! Selling my home was a breeze, and within a week of being on the market we had a great offer. There’s clearly a great team dynamic, as no matter who you spoke to in office they knew exactly what was going on and couldn’t do enough to help. I’ll certainly be using them again! 5*

Google5* service from the very start! We had our flat up for sale for 2 weeks with another company, with not a lot of interest. Swapped over to home connexions, which was the best decision we made. We Went on the market with them on the Thursday, lots more interest, and agreed to an offer from a buyer on the Monday!! They were so professional and helpful in every single way. Our property was on the market Tuesday afternoon and sold by Friday morning . Karen in the office was incredibly helpful and so was every member of staff we had dealings with .
