I was not given the opportunity to proof read the listing before it went live. There were seven errors. These were corrected promptly. On the plus side, the office manager and her staff were very supportive throughout.

Where to begin! Home Connexions provided an outstanding service through the purchase and sale of our home. They were contactable every day, even coming back with responses every day. We couldn’t believe how much they were on the ball. The whole team was lovely, every person we spoke to made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. Cannot fault our experience from start to finish. Had Matt out from the East Kilbride branch, he was professional and very knowledgeable about the local market. Everything went like clockwork. We went live on the Monday, a steady stream of viewers through the week and we were under offer at closing date a week later! I can’t recommend them highly enough! I mostly dealt with Karen in the office in terms of viewings and offers, she was professional and kept me up to date with everything. I spoke with different estate agents prior to putting my house up for sale but i’d been told Home Connexions were excellent and, having spoken with them, no-one else came close. From my initial enquiry to Tony, to the subsequent valuation with Matt, to the various members of staff who provided regular updates - the service was first class. Tony phoned me swiftly following my enquiry and Matt was knowledgable, attentive and fantastic to deal with. The office staff regularLy updated me, arranged numerous viewings and kept me updated throughout. I don't generally leave reviews unless the service I receive is exceptional. The owner Tony is very much hands on and works all the hours to provide what I would class as exceptional service. From Tony coming to meet us at the house we knew we were in safe hands. He was totally upfront with costs and what level of service would be provided. You will find the staff in the East Kilbride branch very easy to deal with, with a very friendly and knowledgeable attitude and a close attention to detail. The staff were on hand seven days a week to help with any queries. The photographer and video people were also top drawer and the house was fully on the market in a matter of days. From initial marketing to sale was four weeks which pleased us enormously, We also achieved target price set out. Once again Thank You Tony and Staff Keep up the great work!

Went in a the deep end in selling my first property in Glasgow even though I'm from overseas. A Glasgow friend of mine recommended Tony to me. From the word go Tony eased any nerves and I quickly found that his team behind him were equally as professional and efficient as Tony. Matt provided detailed knowledge of the selling process, local pricing and clear advice on how to maximise the selling potential of our home. Karen, and the team in the office, were always friendly, arranged the viewing schedule to suit our needs and offered invaluable advice when the offers started to come in. Home Connexions use a professional videographer and photographer therefore the marketing materials created looked amazing. While there may be slightly cheaper Estate Agents within East Kilbride, the minimal cost difference is definitely worth it for the genuine support, guidance, professionalism and swift ease of selling with Home Connexions.
