Terrible Agency

I contacted this agency via email to request some information. I was met immediately with a "We do not do x y and z over email" and was given a number to call.I was busy working so asked a friend to call to ask for more information but he was dismissed very quickly and my friend was told "I wont speak to you i want to speak to xx" , after my friend explained he was doing me a favour because i was busy Tina (the individual that emailed and answered the phone) then said "well what do you want to know" he explained if he could have some information about 2 bed properties etc and was met with "Well no im not doing that we dont do that anymore" .Extremely unprofessional, by far the worst agency or person in general that i have corresponded with.If you have any form of self respect, do not use this agency.
