We had been tenants of Roland Dunn for two years and was experiencing a very good service. We unfortunately then got served notice by our landlady as she had to sell. It was a very stressful time as we had a wedding coming up to. However, Debbie and Tina both took that stress, worry & anxiety away from us and helped us find somewhere within a week of us being served the notice. They were very considerate and empathetic that we had a wedding coming up and made the process of moving once again very smooth and easy. They really were life savers and helped us out tremendously. We really liked how loyal they stay to their tenants. We are very grateful to Roland Dunn. We highly recommend their services.

We are very pleased with people and staff at Roland Dunn, it's been a pleasure. Would like to especially mention Tina who It has been so helpful and has made getting on the rental ladder easy for us as its our first time. Nothing is too much trouble, including our Landlord who has been brilliant and address everything we have asked of him. Would recommend this company to find you a lovely property. After 14 months we have left the property we were renting through Roland Dunn. As a company they were fantastic and our move has nothing to do with the quality of service they have provided, we were very happy with them as a company. This is a review 7 years in the making - when we first moved into our property with Roland Dunn, my wife and I were engaged, with 1 child and were basically just starting out on our life together. We are now married with 2 more children and the only reason we are leaving Roland Dunn is because we are moving abroad. They are more than just a letting agency, they have seen our lives grow, change, stood with us in the bad times (redundancies with no income), shown empathy and understanding and have celebrated with us in the good times. In the 5 years or so that Roland Dunn Property Rentals have been managing our property we have found them to be 100% professional, friendly and efficient. They found our lovely tenants and continue to act in all our best interests. After a recent flood in the property they took control of the whole situation, from initial inspection and photographs to liasing between the insurance company, trades people, our tenants and ourselves.
