GoogleI've been renting a flat through Amos Estates for the last 6 years, and I have got nothing but praise for the people that work there. Everyone is friendly, professional and is quick to help if ever needed with an added (and appreciated) personal touch. From minor repairs to bigger jobs, I've never had a fault last more than a day, even during holidays.
I'd like to shout out one person in particular that I have dealt with throughout the last 3 (or so) years, Catherine. She's been wonderful, quick to help and very friendly. I recently had a slight lapse in judgement, I had called Amos about it and asked to speak to Catherine who was able to get me an answer on the particular question incredibly quickly which gave me complete and utter peace of mind.
I could not recommend this estate agents and people more if I tried. From start to finish, everything you could want in an estate agents.

FacebookI’ve just completed my sale with Amos Estates , Hockley . My flat had been on the market for many months with other agents but from the outset Colin was absolutely sure he could sell it. I had been with both Horizon and Williams & Donovan and was very disillusioned. I had more viewings in a few weeks with Amos than I’d had with both other agents put together. I barely heard from them yet Jill at Amos phoned every week . Their positivity , interest and friendliness throughout was second to none. I got the feeling the other agents lost interest after a couple of weeks when I didn’t find a buyer but Amos never did. I can’t recommend Amos Estates highly enough . Thank you so much

GoogleAmos sent me to a property promising a landlord would meet me, not only was a landlord not there 3 other men were looking around the property and two of the tenants were there one was half naked in bed and the other was bothered about showing everyone around, pictures where not of the flat, flat needed to be redecorated, a good clean and there was sheets being used as curtains. As a young woman who visited with her 7 month baby felt very unsafe and when tried to message Amos and tell them I got a text back saying "sorry for the inconvenience"

Although we didn’t end up buying the house I just wanted to say how professional, polite and efficient Abi was at helping us view, and put an offer in to a home Amos were selling, sadly as we had something to sell it didn’t work out but I cannot recommend them higher. After dealing with so many estate agents in the buying and selling process, some abrupt, some aggressive, some just ignore phone calls, some who don’t explain anything. It’s a scary process for someone who doesn’t know much about property and to deal with a kind, polite and efficient estate agent such as Abi who genuinely cares made it all so so easy and fun. Thankyou Amos, hopefully we can make it work next time!
