GoogleWe used Amos Hadleigh branch to sell our house. From the start we found them very positive and Andrew handled the viewings successfully, selling the house in 3 days. Unfortunately that buyer pulled out some months later leaving us in a tricky position but Amos worked extremely hard to find us another buyer and they did so within a week. We were particularly impressed by their sales progression team led by Suzanne (you were right, Andrew, people always remember good sales progression!) who chased up and down the chain, keeping us informed and always happy to talk to us. It was always easy to get hold of people even when the pandemic meant that they were working from home. We would certainly recommend this company.

GoogleI sold my house through Amos. Your mileage may vary but at various times I felt like they did not have my best interests at heart and it nearly cost me a fortune. My buyer tried to aggressively price gouge me some way into the sale and my agent at Amos pressured me to just accept this without investigating the claims made by the buyer. I am glad I investigated anyway because the gazumping failed, no thanks to Amos.

I see a lot of your reviews are 1 star and I hope if we deal with you again we can achieve a better rating. I am sorry you feel this way as we always try to achieve the best price we can for our owners. In this circumstance if I remember correctly a surveyor down valued the property and we were asked to put the lower figure through to yourself (which was declined and we suggested you get your own structural engineers report). In the end we achieved the price you were after. As agents we are always in a difficult position as although you are our client we still have a duty of care to the purchaser to put their offers forward etc but I am sorry if you feel we were ever not acting in your best interest.
