GoogleA painful process when getting references and when providing reference information at least for local military.
Hi Isaiah, thank you for leaving a review, we are sorry to hear that you found the process difficult. As your Letting Agent requested that we obtain an income reference for yourself, we were required to contact the USAF to confirm your status. It did take a few days for your referee to come back to us with the requested information we needed, so we apologise for any delays and inconvenience you may have experienced as a result.

Thank you for leaving your feedback Mohit, we are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our service. We do have agreed referencing guidelines with your Letting Agent, and it appears as though we had to request additional documentation from yourself in order to verify your employment reference. Unfortunately as we did not receive the supporting contract of employment we requested, our criteria was not met and we could not finalise our checks which caused a delay with your application. However I can see that you have since consented to open banking and we were able to verify your income, so hopefully this issue has now been resolved. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help with, otherwise we wish you all the best!
