Matthew Brennan is the property manager in my current rental apartment and it was probably the best experience I've ever had with letting agencies! Any basic or maintenance inquiries are processed and resolved quickly and professionally. I'd definitely recommend this agency to anyone who wants a positive renting experience!

GoogleThis is my second time using Stirling Ackroyd as letting agents for my flat, and I'll definitely use them again. Clear and communicative through the process, which takes a lot of the stress away. I've tried a few other agents in the past and SA are a class above.

If I could give them -100 I would. We only spent a year in a property being let by SA but I feel like I have aged 10. Every time we needed something as tenants it was like drawing blood out of a stone. They are so unbelievably incompetent and shady. Every repair took weeks for them to sort out, it makes you wonder what they're doing all day. And they blamed it all on the landlord, who when we finally met her was also aghast at the service she had received from them. Real estate people are the scum of the earth.
