Victor and Jo were really communicative, knowledgeable, persistent and I really felt like I could trust them. Ashley-Jane at Stirling Ackroyd was exceptional during my flat purchase. She was incredibly knowledgable, compassionate and patient throughout, even when it seemed the sale had fallen through, she was as committed and available as when it was in process. I genuinely think that without someone as trustworthy, empathetic and experienced as Ashley, the sale would not have recovered and completed. She was able to bring creative solutions, keep morale up and foster an attitude of trust and compassion during a stressful time. Can’t recommend enough! Compared to other places where basic errors are made (e.g., the wrong property address is entered…) and communication is poor, this was a total gold standard service. I genuinely recommend registering with Stirling Ackroyd. My inbox is full of emails advertising ‘properties that might be of interest’ containing properties the polar opposite of what I’m looking for. When Ashley-Jane showed me places, I loved them, made offers, and bought one!

Our initial relationship with Stirling was a bit rocky as one of associates assigned to us wasn’t responsive to our email and required us constantly follow up with them.However, things turned around after Letizia Lupi took over as our property manager. She was a god sent and was highly accommodating of our requests when we had maintenance requests with a new born.I’d have given a 5 star if only we got Letizia as our property manager from the beginning.Highly recommend her!Thank you!

So I don't normally write reviews but on this occasion I simply had to. The service that I have received from Isabella Vincent-Moscrop at the nine elms branch at Stirling Ackroyd has been above and beyond anything that we could have wished for. My wife and I initially put an offer in on a property and whilst we were close we narrowly missed out due to furniture which was disappointing but fair! Normally that would be that, However a similar property came up and Isabella remembered us and opted to give us the opportunity to view it immediately which resulted in us securing a property that as it turns out is better suited to our family.Anyone will tell you that moving/renting is stressful at the best of times, so to have an agency/agent that you trust, one that prices their properties fairly and offers and communicates well (good or bad news) well that makes this process a whole lot smoother. I have my own recruitment firm and know the bad rep that both recruiters and estate agents get, so it is refreshing when you find an agency and agent that do it properly. Thank you for everything Isabella you have been amazing.
